I came to Monroe needing an overhaul of my entire breaking system. Monroe replaced my calipers, brake booster, four tires, rotors, calipers ECT... The job was done in a timely manner and they were professional during the entire fix. Monroe even set me up with financing to elevate some of the financial burden of the fix during a time when I desperately needed it. All in all 10 out of 10 experience during a stressful time.

What a pleasant experience.
I called them about 30 minutes to closing time in dire need to have my tire repaired from a nail stuck in it. The guy that answered the phone heard my plight and said come in with the understanding that it may or may not be able to be fixed.
Arrived...was greeted pleasantly and they took it right away and told me shortly after that it indeed could be repaired. The guy who did the actual repair was also very nice and was done in about 20 mins.
This all made for me to be able to make my dinner meeting in time and so thankful!

We’ve used Monro several times for tire related services and they’re always friendly and quick. Also the cost for service is very reasonable.

Monro auto service terrible customer service especially in the Brockton store the manager at that store is very rude and arrogant. She refuses to listen to your concerns and hung up on you. Give you bad attitude. Brought my car there 3 times with A/C and left there without the problem being fixed. Please to go Monro store especially in Brockton MA I left there very frustrated.

Don’t waste your time. This place used to be great but now it’s horrible. I brought my car in for brake pads. They did the pads but also rotors I didn’t know I needed. I got it back with more problems, passenger side window is broken, tire sensor broken and they did not do anything with my check engine light.
When going to pick up my car employees were out side leaning and sitting on my car. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Will never go back

OMG! This place saved my life. I was on the highway on my way home from work when my battery light comes on and all my electronics start malfunctioning. It was after 6pm but I called Monro and got Michelle. She was so helpful and kind. She told me to come by asap because it was closing time. When I got there Joe quickly replaced my battery and I was back on the road again. Thanks for caring enough and for taking care of me so close to quitting time. I will always use Monro

I called Monday afternoon for a Tuesday drop off. The manager didn't want my name or number even though I asked. I dropped the car off before opening on Tuesday and left my keys in the drop box. I called Tuesday at 1 pm to check on the car and was told "we didn't know why it was here". He then said he would take care of it now. He called back a half hour later and told me that the nut was on so tight that they were afraid to strip it and they couldn't do the oil change. I got my keys and went home. On the way home, the car began to smell of exhaust. The next day I took it to an auto body because the smell was concerning. The mechanic at Monro had put a hole in the oil cap and the fumes were coming into the car.
