Would give 0 stars if it were an option. Id recommend avoiding this location. Staff was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. We had switched our plan from verizon to T-Mobile, I had to go in to get my phone and phone number switched over. I originally went to the T-Mobile on Belmont street where the guy told me my pin was expired and I needed a new one. Fast forward a few hours with no help from customer service I tried to go into this location at Westgate. We went in the guy was extremely rude, no greeting and just seemed like he wanted to do anything but help. The guy spoke to me condescendingly which I did not appreciate. I explained to the guy what was going on and that I needed to switch my lines and why it wasn't working. The guy pretended to help and told me I was all set. I was confused because it was very quick and phone was still connected to Verizon. I asked the guy again if he was sure there was nothing else I was supposed to do to which he responded yes rolled his eyes and walked away rudely. My sister called who was doing the same thing as me but was at the T-Mobile at Mansfield Crossings in Mansfield. She informed me that the rep she was talking to told her that my line was not disconnected and the guy I was working with did not do anything. The mansfield crossing rep was extremely helpful and did the process over the phone for me and told me to just come in for the sim card. I was in and out of the Mansfield location within 3 minutes!! The rep also told me that the other reps should have known this and were most likely playing games with me. So if you want to actually be helped and treated like a human do not waste your time at this location! Unfortunately I did not get the reps name (westgate location) because he never introduced himself and I was under the impression he fixed everything!

The staff is eager to help customers, yet it's always busy.i bought a lot of items, this is my favorite store in Mattapan. Very expensive though I call the co.daily for 1 thing or another.

I was having some wild problems with my phone/t mobile. It took hours to fix. Johnny was extremely patient and helpful, and did everything he could to remedy my situation, and correctly advised me on what to do with a specific issue that was out of the wheelhouse of what a t mobile representative can do in the store. I was in there for 3 hours but everything turned out well in the end thanks to his patience and assistanceMajor kudos to JohnnyBut maybe turn down the music in the store a few notches (great music though!)

Although the person I spoke with (Charles)helpped resolve my issue, he was extremely jaded, unfriendly, and downright surly. He didn't talk about products promotions or services. I felt unwelcome. No greeting, thank you, or good bye. If it wasn't for the awful customer service, there wouldn't be any customer service at all. Where ls the manager?

If I could give 0 starts I would. Steer clear! Especially of service agent Charles Vega. I upgraded to a new phone and was offered another line “at no charge” yeah okay I kindly declined the offer and what would you know he put it on anyways I’m sure to get the commission off of it. I have been being charged for a whole other phone line that he added without my consent. Stay away from these disrespectful employees.

the guy who sold it to me did a great service but the other attendants have to be more friendly there including the seller Moses because we are not asking for anything for free we are customers and we should be treated as such !! teach the staff to be nicer to everyone who enters the store !!!

I went to Westgate Brockton Store to add a line with a old phone. I met a very knowledgeable and patient young lady. In no time I was walking out with all problems solved. SHE IS A KEEPER. Sales Representative #****796. Thank you

Came in to upgrade and was greeted by the manager Moses at the mall location. I was told the wait times can be around 5-10 mins before a representative is available. So I sat down and waited 5 mins till a rep was free. Charles helped me pick out my phone and gave me break down of what monthly cost would be. I highly recommend going to this location for service.

Had a terrible experience here today. The associate who came over to help us was not friendly at all and seemed miserable and it seemed like he did not want to help us at all. We needed to add another person to our plan through a free line we had before but he said we had to do it online even though we already tried online and got told to go in person. He could not even give us a breakdown of prices correctly for each person on our plan. Will not be back here.

The service at this store is subpar! Steer clear...... before this nightmare I was a loyal metro customer for nearly 3 years. I bought a phone from this store about a week ago and within just a few days the phone started having technical issues. I brought it back to the store at once, expecting an easy swap or a credit of some sort. The sales associate whom I dealt with, after getting instructions from his manager, informed me that per their policy they don't do same day swaps, they'd have to order me a new phone. that was supper inconvenient but I was game..as long I got a phone I was willing to wait the three business days he told it was going to take. I left the store with all the confidence and trust that it was being handled. I stopped by a couple days early just to check to see if it had arrived early...nada...it's ok we are still good, it should be coming soon right? so, I went back in the actual day he told me they'd have my phone ready... now we are getting to the good part... I met the manager ( a very rude woman), she immediately denied ever having that conversation, even the guy who sold me the POS acted like he never seen me before. I walked in receipt in hand, box still in shopping bag, clearly I bought this from you and was told by you, thought your associate ( because you told him over the phone what to tell me), she denied the whole thing. her story changed so much, she went from "we don't have anybody working here by the description you are giving me ) to " sometimes they send other associates from other store to help" to " I am the only manager here and I don't remember talking to anybody about a phone replacement. Then she just walked away and left me standing there. She came back out and told me she just called the associate and apparently he told her that what he had said to me was to stop by on this day to speak to a manager.. WTH? then she got supper rude and defensive like she was ready to fight somebody. I didn't get any form of adequate service, no assistance in resolving the issue whatsoever. I wasn't looking for a refund or anything like that. I just wanted service. Some kind of assistance, I got nothing. And you call yourself a manager? If you can't refund my money ( which isn't what I wanted anyway) then offer me some kind of credit towards another phone. Simple enough right? you would think so. The manager is incompetent to say the least and rude as hell. The sales associates just follow her rude example and just talk to/ and around customers anyway they want. Professionalism is out of the window. Who the hell trained this people? They all, manager included, a very poor representation of the brand. I was so disappointed in the service that I left metro that day and went next door and switched to their competitor.
