The salesman was incredibly misleading and the customer service department is even worse. This company lies and does not honor agreements that there employees make, even when I recorded the conversation with said employees consent. Seriously considering hiring a lawyer to deal with this highly unethical company.

This is definitely the Best Metro store . Clyde and the 2 young Ladies are awesome to deal with . Clyde is so helpful and knowledgeable. I don’t know if he is a manager , but he should be . I have been to the store at Westgate and it is one of the worst !! They can never answer a question without calling someone on the phone . You have to Waite for service because they are to busy chatting with their friends that hang out there . I even went to a store in Boston that wS no better . No customer service very rude . I will only go to the store on Crescent Street and zi send everyone there . They are all awesome !!

I am a T-Mobile customer and i went into the metro store today because my phone still said sprint and my service was not great. Clyde explained to me that metro and t-Mobile were still separate companies and i needed to get new sim cards. But he still tried to help me fix my service problems. He helped me call tmobile customer service to activate new sim cards for my iphone and ipad. Great service thank you!!!
