Robbie has been the rep I have worked with for the last several times I have brought my work in for service. He is always very pleasant and does his best to ensure that I have the best experience overall. He is my got to rep each time I go in to get my car serviced.

I’ve brought my car over here a few times and they do good work, however, they’re not great at picking up the phone or calling you back which I think is poor service. I felt like I was talking to the operator more than an actual service advisor on the phone.
I think it would be good to call the customer when their car is ready too and not just rely on emails and text messages..

I had an appointment for an oil change and upon arrival I requested they look at my tire, pointing out the nail, for a plug. I had by baby and toddler with me so a family member near by was kind enough to pick us up to wait at their house. 1 her later I get a message about other needed services that are on the “red zone” including front brake pads and rotors est at $800. My vehicle was purchased last year, 2020 Palisade, so naturally I’m upset that the vehicle already needs all the services done. The prices were ridiculous for repairs. I went in a back in forth conversation regarding questions I had that my service rep could not answer repeatedly putting me on hold, calling back a couple times (Come to find out he was new) finally settling for after market price. I approved all services to be done including state inspection that was due. My est 1.5 hr wait became 4hrs. Mind you, I was being rushed to come back before 5 as they would be closing. Whole time never updated me on the tire. I had to inquire about it, my service rep asked, and to no surprise they “couldn’t plug it “ and I would need a new tire. I arrived back and had to get the oil change charge taken away as it’s included in my insurance. I paid for a state inspection and almost drove off but notice the sticker wasn’t changed (nor was the sticker for the oil change) and they forgot to do it!I was told the guy was in a rush to leave and forgot. I had to wait now with my kids for that to be completed as I said it was included in my bill. Hopefully the oil was actually changed because apparently that was also a new person working there. I was told earlier during the phone conversation I could submit coupons and when I was there they only allowed 1 coupon per visit, a detail that was left out. Had I known, I wouldn’t have had all the services done at once, including filter changes. Absolutely horrible experience! I was really feeling regret for buying a Hyundai esp since apparently my insurance I purchased covers NOTHING. Bunch of crooks in my eyes.

I worked with Yvens to get my first ever lease, a 2025 Elantra. He was extremely helpful and dedicated to finding the best options to help work with me and my budget. The finance manager Daniel was great and explained the lease terms to me in detail so I could understand better as a first-time leaser. This is my first-ever Hyundai/lease, but I'm appreciative that Yvens and Daniel were able to provide me with an easy and seamless first experience. P.S., I love my car!

Yvens and team were great! In and out within two hours and now I am happy to be a part of the Hyundai family. Highly suggest stopping if you are in the market for a new vehicle. Thanks McGovern Hyundai!

They allowed me to book a recall a month in advance, didn't have the part when i got there but also didn't tell me that until 2.5 hours later, after they had tapped me for 4 new tires and another fix over $2000 total. I left with nothing but a wasted day. Shame
