Terrible experience and terrible customer service.I brought my mother in to get a massage and she left feeling worse than when she came in. I have not heard back from the manger.

My massage was long overdue and much needed! My only regret was booking the appointment early in the day. It would of been much better at night so I could go straight to sleep ??

EXTREMELY disappointing experience!I purchased a holiday promotion gift card for $75 for a 1 hour massage in January 2023. When I called in April 2023 to try and get a couples massage it was about a month wait. That seemed kind of unusual to me and was disappointing, but everyone is short-handed these days, so I didn't worry about that and didn't book anything at the time because of the long wait period.I called back this month, May 2023 and made an appointment, just for my girlfriend to get a massage there with the gift card.I was told that they were no longer honoring the gift card with discount and I would have to pay $125 not $75.Not thrilled with that but their disclaimer when you purchase the gift card says pricing is subject to change. Kind of disappointing tho, right?Then when my girlfriend got there they included the 5 minutes it took to fill out forms and ask her some questions as part of the massage time!Call me wacky, but a one hour massage is a one hour massage, not form filling time. They should tell people to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to fill out any forms.I have personally had scores of massages from different massage therapists over the years, never has someone included " consultation time" as they described it to me afterwards, as part of the massage time. Disappointing!Then to add insult to injury, the 1:15pm appointment had the massage time end at 7 minutes past 2:00pm.So, they cut your massage short by 5 to 7 minutes with paperwork and consultation and then the massage therapist stops massaging almost 10 minutes early?That's way more than disappointing, that's a problem and makes you wonder if that's endemic, if that is their "thing", start late and end early!!Disappointing.Also, when the massage therapist told my girlfriend that the massage was over she started to walk out of the room. My girlfriend was covered in massage oil and asked what she was supposed to do about that.The massage therapist told my girlfriend she could use the sheet she was underneath to wipe it off or she could get her a towel. My girlfriend said I'll use the sheet and had to awkwardly try and remove the oil herself.Every massage place I have EVER gone to, has someone come in with a warm towel and wipe off the oil they put on you.The overall massage according to my girlfriend was not good not bad but obviously these other issues are concerning.For $125 and gift cards that aren't honored, massage time cut short, self removal of the oil they cover you with, I feel you're much better off going to one of the many hard-working sole proprietor massage therapists out there, where you would never have these kind of things happen in my experience!

I'm only giving them 2 stars because the girls were all very nice, but of the 2 massages I have had there, they were the worst by far, that I have ever had! Neither had any real technique and the last one wore baggy vinyl gloves which irritated like using a sponge to do a massage. If you are afraid to touch people, you need to find a different profession, or if you had a temporary skin condition requiring you to wear gloves, at least get a tight fitting pair of latex gloves that fit like skin, so you don't have all of that extra material folds that caused great discomfort. I have been having massages for decades, and my oldest daughter is also a MT. Never before have I ever thought to myself, "thank God it's over". Unfortunately I bought a "membership" in Florida, which they were very good down there. I'm almost afraid to go back for fear of strike 3. I think I will drive farther to a different location and hope for the best.

This review is for my massage therapist Nathalie who has been exceptional, compassionate, kind, and consistent in delivering a relaxing massage session. For the front staff, Bri and Nicole are awesome, always super helpful, nice, and kind. I like asking for help and scheduling appointments in-person versus on the phone. Management can do better with training new staff via over-the-phone experiences and service because there have been times I called and reached various new staff who were not as helpful and frazzled and ended up putting me on hold for another person to help anyways.

This review is for the staff - they’re simply fantastic! I had the pleasure of speaking with Bri who helped me organize a surprise massage for my mom. She was kind, extremely helpful, and fun to talk with. The transaction was effortless, and her and Nicole even went above and beyond to help leave a message/note for my mom too. Thank you both for a great experience! My mom loved the massage and her time spent at Massage Envy. We would recommend this location.

Their official policy is that when using saved credits (for ex, due to how they charged during covid) for premium services (a peel etc), they use $140 worth of credits for services listed as $100. That’s a ripoff, and so I stopped using them for premium services.Otherwise, they are “good.”— And in response to the comment below, I did communicate with management. That’s how I know that overcharging is official policy.
