Absolutely horrible experience returning a product extremely rude employee's when I entered there were 3 employee's behind counter 2 on each return register instead of helping me right away I had to wait for them to finish there personal conversation. When I was finally seen they would not let me even exchange the item which I was doing a favor for someone instead said I would have to repurchase the item. I explained I was doing a favor for someone who didn't have the time to get back there anytime soon. After being told same thing by manager rudely I decided to go to home depot. I used to do all shopping here for everything from flowers to product for my business. After that experience I will be referring all friends family and coworkers to stay away for this place is a joke..unbelievable

So I bought a blinds at this location, however it was the wrong size. I returned it , and the lady couldn’t pull my card up on the system from my Apple Pay. So this young man Danny came to the rescue he was very professional, and helpful . I truly believe he should get a big promotion from the position he’s in right now. And I truly believe that they should put young technology savies on the front line , because that’s a hindrance for the elders to help customers ?? DANNY is a true team champion.

I've been visiting this Lowes for about 20 years now. For a long time they seemed to be going downhill with almost non-existent customer service.
Recently though I made another trip and was pleasantly surprised with the amount of greetings and offers to help find something I received.
The store was neat and clean and I definitely sensed a positive change. Hopefully this trend continues!

I wish Google gave negative stars, they don’t even deserve a 1. Lowe’s uses the worst vendors for installation. Since June 23 I have been waiting to get a screen door installed and it still hasn’t occurred. Whenever I call Lowe’s or went to the store they have not been able to get my screen door installed, yet they were able to get my money. They have the most incompetent people that works with them. I am a very unhappy customer and I would never use them to do installation if I do decide to purchase anything from them. Don’t use them! Horrible!FYI with your response in me calling I am tired of calling with lack of resolution. I have been doing that since last year. I just need you all to either give me my money back or get me my door and install it please.
