Do NOT get your remodeling needs at the Westgate Lowes in Brockton! They ordered the wrong color cabinets after I sat down with the designer Paulo for quite some time ! Huge error! They never helped me or reimbursed me ! Instead the played the blame game and told me that this is resolved. They refused to take responsibility While I still have the wrong color! Take your business elsewhere to people who will do the job right, pay attention and be honest about their errors and kind enough to try to come up with a resolution!

Do not go to this location for any of your remodeling needs! the wrong color was selected for my kitchen cabinets after I sat down with the designer for almost an hour to design my kitchen !! and he and the company refused to resolve it. They made a huge mistake and will not take responsibility for it. i had all the proof and told the designer Paulo what I wanted. instead the wrong color was selected and installed while I was at work. If You made a mistake own up to it! things happen but the concealment and unwillingness to help a customer after that Mistake is erroneous. They did not offer any sort of reimbursement or assistance for their mistake. Corporate also sided with them instead. i wish I could've given this place ZERO stars.

Stopped in here to check out some supplies for the condo. The store was clean and well organized. I saw many employees busy putting stuff on the shelves and making sure the store was neat.I like Lowe's. They have won eight consecutive Energy Star awards from 2003 to 2010, including four Energy Star Partner of the Year awards for educating consumers about the benefits of energy efficiency. They are a good corporate citizen and a good supplier for the DIY crowd. Easy place to shop.

I recently purchased a couple of circuit breakers for my panel at $75 each, but found that I didn't need them. When I tried to return them, I was asked for the card i used to buy them. I had misplaced the receipts so I was expecting store credit at least. We ran the bank card and their system said NOPE, you must've used another card. I showed them my bank statement totaling over $400 in purchases for 3 dupatta separate transactions. One transaction was the EXACT PRICE for one of the items. I was told as of last week, their policy changed and they no longer do store credit for returns without receipts! So now I'm out $150 and have a couple of useless breakers! I stormed out telling them that they can keep them AND their business! I will no longer be using Lowe's as a go to place for anything! I will be warning my friends about their policies that are designed to make them some free profits!!!

Worst customer service experience of my life. Do NOT buy any big ticket items at this store. Delivery and follow up is an ongoing nightmare.

Do not buy a grill from this store! I placed an online order that was automatically assigned to this location. My grill was supposed to be assembled and delivered on June 1 (we placed our order on May 29 for a grill that was in stock). It is now June 26, and after multiple cancelled delivery dates, no-shows, and calls to Lowe's Brockton, I still do not have a grill. They now claim that the grill is with a third-party delivery service, but the phone number they provided for the delivery company is not in service... Save yourself the frustration and buy your grill literally anywhere else.

The absolute worse place you can place an order at. Over the past few months, I've been placing orders at the Brockton Ma store. All orders I placed were delayed. No one likes to pick up the phone when there's a complaint or when you call for a manager so I went in.I placed an order for an oven (that associate was nice but not knowledgeable about the appliance). He told me that the gas stove and vent will be installed by lowes but that that wasn't the case. I also paid for the cord for the gas BUT of course, they did not send that to my house with the stove or refrigerator. At one point they had me waiting there for 2 hours to talk to the kitchen manager. I placed an order of 4 doors (before the kitchen manager incident) and had to wait about 3 months for it. I spent well over $1,000. 3 doors matched and 1 door had glass panels. When the order was ready for pick up... ONE was broken & the other did not come with the glass panel. HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN ?!?! And of course, none of the store associates care. One stated, "just come back and we will refund you the money" - as if we haven't been waiting for months for this order. Not to mention that they hate picking up their phones and having you wait over 30 minutes or call you have to call back and complain about that as well. NEVER SHOP HERE. TRUST THAT YOU WILL NOT BE SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE. HOME DEPOT IT IS.

Being waiting for someone to come to lumber and cut 1 panel for me for 40 minutes. I had to call the store main number while in the store 3 times. Ghetto. This never happens in Home Depot. This is just closer to me. Lowe's I'm Bridgewater is also very good. Avoid this one. Saturday Morning and no one at the store for a reason.

I was here briefly. Just needed to pick up some rock salt for the snow storm we just had in Southeastern Mass.The employee saw me picking up the 40lb bag and immediately came over and offered to get a flatbed cart for me.I was also checking out some bathroom vanity that was on sale and he offered to help as well. For the 5 mins I was in the store, I was immediately greeted and offered assistance.... I would say that's 5-star service! I wish I got the guys name to send him a shoutout...
