I received poor service today the lady didn’t speak English so I told the manager that when she uses the electic file to be gentle and she had a problem with that she kept yanking on my hand and I let that slide the nail finish was dull and lumpy and you can see the streaks so asked for another finish she refused so I said cool good to know The service has been poor since I have been going very unfriendly. I tried to give them a shot cause I just moved here but yall suck and pay to go somewhere where the service is upscale and clean. I was a fool for continuing to go so shame on me. Yes that is how I walked out of there.

I’ve been a loyal customer for over a decade and today was my last day ever stepping my feet into this establishment. Employees are very rude very unprofessional and the owner doesn’t help at all. The quality of their work and employee went down a lot from 100- to 0 for the past year. All my friends and families that I had referred had complained and left I was the only one continuing going in even when I was unhappy with the service. But today the disrespect was out of this world ?

Went yesterday first of all. IT SMELLS LIKE A DIRTY MOP right when you walk in. I just needed my nails done ASAP, but I regret it. chair #7 , she kept cutting me. She didn't even file my real nails down, so now they are peeling underneath. I got a light pink almost see-through, and you can see my real nails. Just looks weird.

All of the nail techs do great work. It's ALWAYS busy so I would suggest making an appointment instead of a walk-in

I called to set up an appointment once there the lady seemed annoyed to remove my nails. She kept saying I don’t need to have them removed. I asked for charms and she looked annoyed just even showing me what she has. I don’t know how they have a 4.2 in reviews. I had to go elsewhere to get my nails fixed.

Worst nail experience I have ever had. I visited this shop twice in one week. The first time wa great. The nail tech was quick and did a good job on my nails. The problem is I chose a color that I hated. So, I went back to change the color; but since it was DIP Powder, I had to do them over. No problem. The second nail tech was rude from the start. No problem, I'm just here to get my nails done and I'll be on my way. When she asked if I wanted to change the shape, I told her no. Just need a new color. I was just here Tuesday. She seemed frustrated by my response. Sorry lady it's what I want not what you want. It wasn't until she finished filing that I noticed that she made them shorter and UNEVEN! When I pointed that out, she became enraged. Started yelling at me. Accusing me of trying to get free nails. I have never been so disrespected as a paying customer in my life. She stormed off and I had to ask the owner to finish my nails. I happily PAID my fee and left. Never will I ever go to the establishment again and I would never recommend this place to anyone. Customer Service is clearly not the priority here. The owner did nothing in response to how his employee treated me. Not even an apology.
