Refused to quote me a price on the phone so I took my business elsewhere… I need parts and they said they had them just wanted to know how much they were before I drove over …. No big deal either way ..

Guy was rude as usual seemed like I was bothering him Didn't really have anything I needed didn't seem motivated tmotivated to promote alternatives or or upsell products products this kind of was aggravated I was still there so I went to Vape solution instead .

They ripped off my grandma and refused to exchange product for the right one. The worst thing is they sold her a product with melatonin in it and didnt mention it at all (which is dangerous because of her medicine). Complete disregard for the customer's well being and irresponsibly reccomending products just to "get the customer out". 0/10 would not reccomend.

I purchased two disposable nicotine devices from the shop. As I left the store, I noticed through the clear packaging, I could see all this liquid around the bottom of the device. Like a lot of liquid. I brought it right back in and was told no replacements no refunds! Even though this product was unopened, unused, and I had walked out of the store a minute before, I was told no. As you could guess, the device was empty and didn't work. I was the only one in the shop at this time, and was still the only one when I went back in. The worker was on the phone and could have cared less about the issue. As I have been a frequent customer, this is the first time I saw this guy working there. The other gentlemen that have helped me are AMAZING, and hate to see this happen to their business.

Staff and owner are great and very helpful
