Worst movers I've ever had. DO NOT USE KILROY BROTHERS!! Ripped my couch and snapped the leg off of it. I used them 2 years ago and everything was fine, this time horrendous. The office manager was supposed to call within 24 hours and didn't, invited her to see what they did, crickets. Had the nerve to complain about numerous emails I sent...DON'T IGNORE PEOPLE!! The guys that moved me piled boxes on top of boxes on top of boxes. Numerous things squashed and shattered, destroyed my couch, ripped top off my oak bookcase, never unwrapped furniture and several other things!, then has the audacity to threaten me with court because I'm withholding payment
THEY OWE ME FOR DAMAGES!!

Tried to avoid this review by calling Stacy several times for restitution or reimbursement of some sort but I think I am obligated to share my experience with anyone who might want to hire Kilroy's.In short, we hired Kilroy's to notice that several small items, including a MacBook Air were missing from the home, not noticed till several weeks after the move. These items have yet to be found . No one else has been in the house and the house is alarmed at all times when no one is home. The kicker is my wife tipped these men $20 each x 3 while they were most likely pillaging our home , taking things right off the kitchen chairs.We have no physical proof but the proof is in the pudding.Spoke to the Police and we are installing cameras.Beware of this company if you plan to hire them. It may be only one or two individuals but when playing Russian roulette you may lose big time with this company.

My husband and I moved this past weekend from a house to an apartment and a storage unit. Kilroy Brothers sent Steve, Tom, Junior and Scott. They were amazing right from the start by arriving early in the rain. They never once complained and continually told us that they would take care of us, which they did. They were extremely professional, hard working, and handled our belongings with respect and care. This is our third time using Kilroy and each time was a positive experience. The men were great, and the price for the service was very reasonable. We would highly recommend this Company. Thank you!

Best mover's for me. I had 3 guys show up after I was given a great price I had a big house raised ranch then moved to a town or two over. The guys that came had a big truck 3 men and they had the whole house done in 3 1/2 hours. Great job nothing broke. Moved some big pieces that were a pain to get out of some door ways. I was happy to tip them all well and get them pizza and soda. It was a hot day and they kept it moving I was very happy and would use them again. Great local company and great professional mover's. The earned every penny.

I have to say the crew from Kilroy Brothers was superb from beginning to end. I packed my home by myself and was having back issues on the day of the move. They could not have been better to me! They took care of everything, Took great care to get all my belongings in the truck. They went over and above. The day I moved in to my new home they were great…Junior and Louis. They were great to work with, made sure we got felt pads on all the furniture that had previously been on carpet. They put things where I said, set my furniture up and made sure I was satisfied with placement. I would recommend Kilroy Brothers to anyone with no hesitation. They also moved other family members and they were happy as well. Could not have asked for better crews during a stressful time. Thank you!

Kilroy killed it again!! Timmy, Ricky, and Steven were on time, professional, funny, and crushed our move that we were ill-prepared for! While my husband was packing up last minute things the guys worked around him and moved quickly and efficiently. We did have one piece of furniture lose a leg (by no fault of the guys it just was one of those things) and Timmy immediately came in, told me, owned it, and offered to discount the move a bit for my troubles. Fair and professional. Hopefully I’ll never be moving again but if I did I’d call them back in a heartbeat!

This is my second review as it has taken me some time to discover everything that was damage and broken. I should have known when the guy on the truck asked me which side of my furniture I want to be the scratched side, in fact, i have found big dings on all of furniture. I packed well in uhaul boxes with bubble wrap, and my plant pots were broken in a box. Honestly, it was like these guys ruined my stuff on purpose. They took a priceless piece of art that was out separate for me to take and never should have taken ; it is missing never to be found, between my door and the truck apparently......... TERRIBLE company .......

This the second time that I’m using Kilroy Brothers and I have to say they are phenomenal. They did not destroy my items or my walls which is a major factor in moving. They beat all price quotes that I received. Stacey is great help and she accommodated me in every way you can think of. She was very patient with me after the closing of my house canceled at 5 different times. I definitely recommend Kilroy 100 times over. The workers are super nice guys and very hard. They get in and get out there’s no lollygagging around they work from beginning to end with no breaks in between. Kilroy is definitely the way to go.

Dont believe what they tell you they are going to do. They did not want me to have my own wardrobe boxes and charged me for used taped up dirty boxes. The two moving men were crude and inexperienced. One complained about moving things and the other stole my cats catnip to smoke! They said they would bag my mattress and wrap up my furniture; my mattress was only covered when I spoke up while they were loading it onto a dirty truck. None of my furniture was wrapped in blankets and an antique table got many nicks on it. The worst thing was that a priceless handmade needlepoint picture that was sitting out uncovered because I was going to wrap up separately and take myself disappeared. I contacted them several times to look for what they shouldnt have taken in the first place, but its gone. To add insult was that the moving man left things gage decided he didnt want to move, and took the unwrapped picture. Do not use this company! You will be sorry
