I made an order for the day of the mothers and the arrangement of flowers they left it at the back door and my friend did not find them until 4 days later the flowers were dead. I called back the place john's Greenhouses they said they had left it behind the house . they said they would call me back they never did it. the arrangement of flowers cost 118$ and it was not what I asked for it was an inferior arrangement. ?

I placed a long-distance same day delivery phone order. The rep was awesome, he explained the different options while being friendly, patient and knowledgeable. We had a great conversation. Grade A for customer interpersonal communication skills. The “Sunny Mood” bouquet was beautiful! This was my first order but certainly not my last. Thanks for the excellent service!
