I made an appointment on a Monday for a Tuesday 8 days later for 7am. I took a half day off for a 2-3 hour job. Safelite said we have to cancel, no wndshld ! I get a call 3 days later, it’s here (Friday). I scheduled for Monday at 730, Angel says closer to 2 hours than 3. Great ! I get there, Angels leaving and says talk to that guy behind the desk. He says we’ll call when it’s done today. No, I was told 2-3 hours. That’s if you have an appointment at 8. An appointment at 730 is all day . Huh ? You can leave it or reschedule, your only options. Unless you want to cancel. How are two supervisors saying two different things? Why is your attitude so bad towards the customer ? I lost money for taking a half day on both days, wasted my friends time for dropping me and picking me up (didn’t need them). I’d be a fool to schedule a 3rd appointment with these inconsiderate unprofessional employees of safelite in Brockton on Belmont St.

Pleased with the quick new windshield and friendly staff here. Made appt and they took my car in on time, called me when it was ready and handled all paperwork. Would def recommend this place to anyone needing a new windshield.

Safelite in Brockton is run by a man who acts like a boy and is honestly a joke to the workforce. No full names but a man by the name of Mike has a lack of empathy understanding and situational awareness not to mention not having any competency. He was nothing but rude and I was very dissatisfied. He is not what embodies Safelite if he is then no one should go or work there. Disgraceful.

Had Jesse come to my job to replace my windshield and he was great. Worked fast and even cleaned the front of my vehicle. Great customer service !

What a nightmare! Make an appointment leave the vehicle, to be told they can’t install the windshield “because it arrived damaged”. Make another appointment, leave work early, show up on time, get told it’s going to be a 2.5-3 hour wait because of calibration. Wait 30 minutes for them to then tell me the windshield isn’t even there and the person who said it was broken Saturday couldn’t even keep track of his own lies as he comes out of the back making statements about how it should have been there Saturday and they don’t know why it didn’t show up.

2nd time there this time I left it. First time was to fill chips that didn’t happen had to go back for a new windshield, ok np the windshield looks great they put everything back. But my car is filthy black rubber everywhere I had to bang out the rugs wipe down my dashboard no time to vacuum it had to get back to work. I went in and said something they apologized said well do it now, NO… I don’t ate if I have to clean my car but if your advertisement says we clean up everything, Then everything in the is what is expected.
