John at JVB had my weak power problem diagnosed and partially solved in less than two hours. We had to order parts to completely fix what ended up being a clogged exhaust system. The follow up service was only $250. That might sound like a lot, but he: installed the manifold, drilled a new hole for the downstream converter, welded a new section of exhaust pipe, reinstalled all four emissions sensors, and took me on a test drive to make sure I was happy with his service. I highly recommend this repair shop!

I like them but they don't know anything about pro-rated batteries.I should have gotten 1 for free but I made me pay for a new one, because they didn't understand what pro rating means...????

Very unreliable. This guy does trial by error on your car. I'm not sure why he has been able to last 22 years in business. If you have a German automobile, your better off taking it to the dealership with trusted technicians. My car has been in and out of JCB way too many times you would think I have a stake in this shop. Please find someone who respects your time, energy and more importantly your car. Maybe a tire change, windshield wiper and brakes for your child's toy car. Other than that please find another mechanic.

Terrible service. Went in for a control arm issue, and now my car sways from side to side because they broke my rack and pinion system. They refuse to fix it unless I pay more. After giving them$1500.00 to address my issues, I felt disrespected when they wouldn't fix what they broke, and required me to pay more. So... I've contacted the better business bureau and generated claim 15223218 for resolution. Don't let these guys near your car!
