I went to this place for a wash and set after a Google search. I called to make an appointment and asked for the price and was told they have to see my hair first before they can quote me (RED FLAG)!! I still went and was seen right on time. Place looks pretty clean, and the lady who washed my hair did a good job massaging my scalp. One thing I didn't like is how hot the blow drier and hot combs were. I'm sure I have heat damage now. The reason for the 1 star is that they charged me $120!!! I have NEVER paid so much for just a wash and set. That's highway robbery. I think it was done on purpose because they knew I couldn't refuse paying after receiving the service. Super shady and deceiving! I was honestly thinking about going back for more service but NEVER again!! I wouldn't recommend a place that does business like this. Unless you want to pay a leg and an arm for just a wash and set, stay away from this place!! Or demand that they give you a quote before touching your hair! Don't make the same mistake I did.

I HIGHLY recommend you do not go here unless you want to be ridiculed and talked about behind your back in a different language. They think you don’t understand and even make sure you don’t know. They know what they do. The owner also doesnt take criticism well and will become rude and hostile quickly. Please save your money, time and hair!

There's a stylist with black hair and wears glasses and she is very rude and disrespectful.. I have encountered an argument with her because she was trying to speak to me like I'm her child. Her services are horrible I feel like she only serves her kind. It's giving racist and unprofessional! I called to schedule an appointment and she straight hung up on me before I can even finish.. wouldn't waste my time here especially with their outrages prices for a f****** wash and blow dry.. like are you serious ? I wish I could give it 0 stars

I didn't like the treatment the lady was rough from start tu the end I got burn it was a bad experience I really miss my hairdresser please come back as soon as possible.

I went in for a wash and cut and I walked out with a wash blow dry and straighten hair when I asked for two things , I paid 50$ for something I didn’t want , and didn’t even cut my hair the main reason I went in for , when I told her about my dead ends she told me my hair was fine and not split at the ends and I can feel it and see it , went somewhere else and they noticed my dead ends fast and cut more than 3/4 inches off !!Service: Haircut

I went to cut my hair to get rid of all the chemical, to have my natural hair, so the boss lady commented to her partner " ooh now people just want to cut their hair to have their natural hair for tape, they don't want to straighten their hair … “I heard everything I was close, I think she is not humble as a professional.A professional hairdresser has to be humble, and has to make clients happy.
