Thank you Tommy , friendly, attentitive, knowledgeable, always calls me by my first name before even seeing my card . This tells me he cares & remembers his customers .. which makes me, someone with extreme anxiety feel more welcome and comfortable when I enter . Always a great experience when I stop by . 1st timers…gave a 2 star because the product is good. My husband invited me in with him as he has a medical marijuana card. We both showed our ID’s and the man at the booth said I could go in and sit on the right side but couldn’t look at menu. I was fine with that and wanted to take a selfie with the halloween skeleton also sitting. I was rudely informed that I needed to leave the medical side, she yelled at me again as I told her the guy told me to sit here. She said I couldn’t take any pictures and didn’t care what he said. Need to get a more people friendly person to work there. Words didn’t hurt but the tone sure was a pre buzz kill. I entered with a giggle and left with a frown, knowing I would never return.

I placed my order online. I drove over 17 miles, just for them to tell me the debit machines are down. Its not posted on the website or even a little sign on the door would have been a nice aheads up. Very unprofessional and inconvenient.

Great product great staff. The only issue I have at this dispensary is they never answer the phone you cannot contact them and ask any questions. I drive from far away and I’m disabled so this is very inconvenient. That’s why they get three stars. (Update) today is 10-26-2024 drove over 17 miles to this dispensary for them to tell me that their debit card machine is down now I understand inconvenience has happened, but they said it’s been down for three days and they have nothing about that online so every customer that’s coming in is literally wasting their gas in time that really just messed my mood up for early Saturday morning, especially with a disability shame on management for that one -communication is key !

Not only Tommy, but service at this particular store has always been 5 star 100% of the time (from 100% of employees... and absolutely nothing has changed since my last post, ( this being my 1st time dealing with Leon).. you're all awesome, & we are ALWAYS happy to share our gratuities at the end of it all.

Woman with a nose ring was rude, pushy and flat out intimidating me and my friend from using my renewal discount with her cash. We questioned it multiple times, but each time we were met with aggressive dismissal and told we MUST place our orders separately, we couldn't do one after the other at the same register and get the discount. It made zero sense. An employee took us, and just set us up right instead of listening to her... it was an odd experience. It's NEVER ok to offer discounts and then lie to and harass a PATIENT over it.

I'll post again! I've been with IGH Since it's inception. You can't find a more pleasurable place to make your Marijuana purchases. And there selection is wide. My favorite day is "Pounce on that ounce" 60 bucks y'all!! Flip your mouth out with "Rose Gold" A cart that you'll Love. ENOUGH!!! Just Go !!! ?
