My husband and I were shopping for tile adhesives, looking for a small container. The flooring aisle had a large selection of 50 lb bags of mix as well as 1-5 gallon size tubs of prepared spread, all of which were too large for our small repair. We were ready to leave when Samalie, a flooring specialist approached us offering to help. She quickly brought us to a section with 1 quart prepared adhesive spread, perfect for our job. Samalie was pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable- Thank You!

If only there was a star lower than one! The manager of this store, SHERRY out to be "fired" asap because it is clear she does not posses a managerial skill set! I had a physical appt with the person who works the carpet area. Took day off from work, went to my appt... no carpet guy. Apparently he called in and "no one" told the customer. I had some fast talking woman from up front that took a new hire off the floor and put him with me to "learn"? Literally took him of a ladder on the floor. Supposedly another employee that understood the process in carpet was coming to work with him and help me. I sat there for almost 1 hr and no one ever came! National Floors Direct got all of my business from new vinyl Pergo to the complete re-carpeting ! I will never go to Brockton Home Depot again for "anything"!

If you like snide remarks from employees and management to valid questions, this the place to go. They should all be replaced with robots. The employees new motto is "Don't You Care About Employee Safety" and I Don't Know How Long It Will Take".

We had an issue with curbside pickup that was very frustrating. Customer service never came out then couldn't locate the item when we stepped inside to see what was going on. We had even called before driving to the store to ensure it was ready and gave an eta to the representative that answered the CS phone. After heading home without our item, we contacted the manager to find a solution. Charles was polite, professional and went above and beyond to make sure we received our item we had ordered to be picked up. He genuinely cared and made us feel appreciated as customers. Thanks to Charles, a no star review turned into a four star

Always a terrible experience here!! They continue to utilize "self check out registers" which I refuse to use. This is retail, there should be a cashier at every register to check out customers! People need jobs!! And if I am forced to checkout myself, my purchase should be discounted for my inconvenience for their lack of customer service!!

They can actually deliver their products when they say they are going to and not allow their truck drivers to flat out lie and say they attempted a delivery when they absolutely did not. Schedule people to work and rent equipment and good ole Home Depot blows you off with your material delivery. Real good business model.

I wasn't going to waste my time with a review here because it already sucks, but what the hell. I've been going here for years and it's gotten progressively worse. The staff is undertrained and miserable acting. Management couldn't care less about making customers happy. That is a perfect combination if you want a terrible experience.They should fire everyone and get a new manager and Start over.

I have been a frequent visitor of the Brockton Home Depot recently and the associates there have been some of the most helpful people I've ever encountered. Mike in paint, Jenny, Jesus, & Kim in flooring, and Peter & Verna at the Pro Desk made each trip super easy. Everyone was very knowledgeable and always willing to help. Some of the best customer service I've ever received. Thank you!!

Today I was in the Home Depot to buy paint and look at Anderson windows..while my wife was getting the paint..I went over to the window section..no was there..I noticed 3 people standing in front of the Kitchen Bath section..and they noticed me..but decided to talk about their weekend rather than help me..about 10 minutes later a man offered to find me help..no one showed up..I decided I didn't feel like begging to get some help..and then another employee walked by..I grabbed him and asked if he knew anything about windows..his answer was "no" and he walked away.. I have had a Home Depot card for ages..and Im paying it off and going to the other box store..maybe they will give me help when I need it instead of talking about their weekend.

This place has improved but still isn't the greatest. Unfortunately, whenever you have a store in a close-knit, small community it's never going to have the same amount of product a big, huge store on a major route does. The Brockton Home Depot is one of the smallest I've been to and lacks in every department. It definitely has the basics, and even more than that, but still doesn't have the full variety, like most other Home Depot locations I have been to. I actually think they are in business only because they are convenient for the folks in the area, because me, myself and I would make the ten minute trip to Lowe's at Westgate or Home Depot in Avon. On the plus side, the selection they do have is always well stocked (since it is such a low-volume store) and they barely ever have a line at the cash register. Just walk up to the register area and someone will be open. Staff throughout the store are friendly, kind and interested in directing and assisting customers. This store has definitely improved from its previous sad, sad state when I visited years ago, but has gotten marginally better. For the staff, convenience and the lovely feature of not ever having to wait in line, this Home Depot gets three stars.

All to often we see that customers are always ready to take the time to write a bad review. Today is not that day. We just recently started home renovations on our home. Since we have started I'm at Home Depot at least three times per day. The customer service at your store is without question superb! You've got questions? Your employees have the answers! Thank you Brockton Home Depot for all your help! You guys rock!!
