Service is awesome. The only problem I have is that I am handicapped, the security guard knows me but still comes out to check to see if I have a placard, and it annoys me. The workers are all knowledgeable and friendly but its always really busy. I love this bank and would never change.

$35 overdraft fee is ridiculous and unfortunately the times I have called a bank employee was somewhat rude and condescending basically saying go to another bank if not happy ..who does that !?
