Was great when buying....but I was told he would stand behind his rings and if anything went wrong bring it back.... my mothers ring I'm actually paying for twice. ... because he had me pick 1 from case and he put stones in I wanted. .. when it needed repairs he told me it was going to cost $125 "because it was a hard repair".... 2 days later he called to say it was ready so it couldn't have been THAT hard. Regardless. When I bought he said "if anything hours wrong, even if I lose a stone bring it back and he'll repair for free". That wasn't the case. I regret recommending him to family.
