Tay from Westgate provided quality service. He left a conversation and greeted me as soon as I walked in. He helped with my exchange and also educated me on the product. He was customer focused and quality service doesn't come easy in 2024. He earned this review.

Every time I visit this location, it's great customer service, it's just that the selection of sneakers and clothes is weak. The manager was very kind and patient with us. When we were trying to find the right shoe. Customer Service was excellent!
