Recently bought 2 gallons of Aura and for some reason was not the paint which my client want for his project, we had 5 rooms first coat done, and i bought the same paint color in another paint store, that time i figure Fernandes was wrong with the color they gave to me.When i did apply the paint color which a bought in a different store a figure something was wrong, i did check the labels and both was right, we did check the sample which my client bought and we both figure Fernandes did something wrong with the paint.I came to the store with the receipt and the can of paint empty because i figure they gave the correct paint color when i bought, but the guy at the paint store says he can not do anything because the cans was empty, if they did not made a terrible mistake all that situation was not happen.They made a big mistake and want to talk to his manager to fix that, i truly believe they don’t care because they did nothing to fix they big mistake, my labor is gone, the paint cost gone, not one got my phone to fix it and i don’t think they behind they business.The company which privilege just the money and don’t take care of they clients do not deserve them, so take care yourselves, don’t waste your money with those guys, they don’t care about any client.

Stopped in today to get some paints for a work project. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Mike brought me to the exact paint I needed for today’s job. Priscilla advised me on project #2 (next week) and Paige greeted me with a smile. Will definitely be going back!
