Brunch was fresh and tasty. But they need to add a "sides" section of the menu. Portions wete small. No french toast type of offering. Byt everything tasted on point. I will be back to try dinner. In the morning, it feels more like lunch than brunch.Beautiful decor and atmosphere and friendly staff. Good date spot....for dinner or light bites.

Will take delivery pictures even with the wrong house number prominently in view, then never help you get your package. Customer service refuses to assist.

I wish this company would go under, I really do. They constantly screw up my address with another house in my neighborhood not even the same house number. I have doorbell video of the driver tossing a package to my door from 10-12 ft away pictures of my stuff left at other houses and the neighbors say they never got it so where did it go FedEx? Huh? Where? Their outsourced customer service just lie to get to the next call and boost their call success rate. They’ve never actually done anything they said they’d do. The driver left a very large box at the end of the driveway that was supposed to be signed for. He never got us to sign for it. My packages will say out for delivery and not show up and then the tracking will say that I wasn’t home or there was a problem with the house address. They told me they would retrain the driver that threw the package but the driver is still incompetent. My ups guy is great. Usps lady, awesome. FedEx guy needs to find a new job.Avoid using them.

7 days ago, FedEx dropped a 140lb package at my neighbors house. 7 days of me on the phone asking, begging, for them to come pick it up and bring to my house bc it was too heavy for me to get. Every representative tells me it will be taken care of. 7 days and they haven’t come and not one person is helping me. I saved for a year for this gift for my kids and now it’s ruined. They’ve also seen it torn open so they now don’t have anything to open on Christmas. All I’ve asked for is to have it moved to my house and they couldn’t even do that. Even though they’ve delivered to my house 2 times since then!!!!! In 45 years, I’ve never had such poor customer service.

I'm so sick of fed-x saying that they delivered a package when they did not!! Why? Because they are late!! Then the customer has to worry about being personally liable for their expensive and "lost" delivery. FED-X used to be a good company... they are horrible and dishonest now!!!

There's a reason FedEx tends to have poor reviews, Honestly wish I could rate zero stars- isn't so great to have a package delayed for days on end, but knowing full well its just sitting in some mailroom like 15 minutes away from me, hoping that maybe today will be the day they decide to finally drive it over? No, it actually kind of blows. Funnily I never seem to have this kind of trouble with Usps or any other third party delivery service. Could not stress any harder, avoid this company at all costs.

I ordered two items but I only received one of the items along with a complimentary gift. They delivered two packages, one package received is 1 of 2 packages I purchased and the other was the complimentary gift. The package delivery status according to fedex.com, is that a package was delivered at over 50lbs. Both packages received collectively were about 3-5 lbs if that. I opened a claim and investigation of the matter because I believe my item was either stolen or misplaced. Make sure to get signatures so that this doesn’t happen to you! We have the ring so I was able to get videos and pictures of the driver. I’m unable to locate anyone locally or even in the US that can assist me in this matter. FedEx is terrible and I’ve never had issues with receiving packages from USPS UPS or even Amazon. FedEx, DO BETTER!
