Awful no one at the register when someone did come the register didn't work sent me to another one didn't work sent me back to the first one and then had me waiting while they take on their friends while I waited that were in line behind me

They are a very racist store I had a lady following me in the store in each aisle and kept asking me what I was looking for specifically even though I haven’t been in that Family Dollar and I don’t know how long and I just wanted to see what they have and she kept telling me oh she keeps getting text that they’re looking at the cameras And that they’re watching me don’t go to Family Dollar unless you want to be racially profiled , I felt very uncomfortable with the interaction I put my stuff back and even she was saying that she would even check my bag when there was nothing even took in the first place

This is the second time I went to this store and it closed early. It is always the same woman that closes early. This blond hair girl. You can keep knocking on the door she will ignore you. The store says 10 p.m. not 9:45 p.m. You have an emergency you won't be able to get it. I need one item I had to drive all the way to c.v.s when I live right next to family dollar. I thought it was a good idea when it opened. It's useless. The shelf says one price they charge you a different price. When you point it out they said that a customer put it in the wrong spot. Even though there is about 10 of the same items in that same spot. The employees need customer service training.

Perfect for waiting the 230 bus when the train goes to Middleborough then Boston. Great customer service. Public restroom is for paid customers only.

If I can give it a zero that would have been my rating. This store don't deserve a star. They are so rude. I went to pay for my things and I'm a couponer, and I had my coupons. The employee didn't speak english at all and I gave him my 3 coupons and it wouldn't take. He showed me the screen and it said that he totalled out that's the reason he couldn't put the coupons in. He called the manager to help and she was so rude I asked her can she ring my order over, she wouldn't do it she just said the coupon isn't working and I told her that he totalled out my order before he could ring in the coupons. So I guess she over ride it and he then put in the coupons like it was 5 coupons, it was only 3. The manager came again and said that I had more than 4 coupons in this transaction. I said I only have 3 and she wouldn't help me. She could have rung me up herself but she didn't. I was so upset I left the cart there. I'll never go to that store again. How are you going to have someone ringing people up who don't know english. The store was also dirty and messy.
