Manger Donna is very rude yells at employees in front of customers. She loses everyone’s order and keeps the place very dirty. She’s always sitting down eating.

Dropped my clothes off for wash dry and fold. My clothes was stolen by employees or was given to the wrong customer. Assistant manager Donna was rude and unhelpful and refused to take responsibility. Unacceptable way to do business and treat customers

Had carpet get stuck in washer..they not only got it out also added money on laundry card!!!

Woooooow please never hire that April lady and that Arianna girl ever again. These are the worst people to deal with customers, very horrible angry disrespectful people. I witnessed them harassing customers following them around the laundromat and disrespectfully laugh at them and be rude to the customers and make fun of people because of race and people who don’t speak English and need help. Shameful people. Anybody who hires them, expect your ratings to deteriorate because of their actions!!!!!!!

Lazy, rude and irresponsible. Dropped myClothes off for wash, dry and fold. The clothes were all wrinkled when i picked up. They also lost a bag of clothes and cannot find it. The manager is horrible and the employees all throw eachother under the bus. Legal action is on the way!

The staff are super rude and unprofessional, and the laundromat hours are inconsistent at their Brockton location. I previously used their wash-and-fold services, and will take my business elsewhere.

Clean, the machines and the business itself was clean as usual! Always a smiling attendant willing to help if asked. Washers and dryers are extremely efficient, not like other laundromats in Brockton I've been to. Eastcoast Laundry gets my stamp of approval!!

I love it the prices are perfect and the wash takes no time at all and the dryers dry so awesome it's a beautiful clean place and I love how they decorate for holidays and the associates at work there are very nice and kind and very helpful and it's a nice atmosphere to do your laundry very nice place very clean
