Ruined my 2 year old 2021 Ducati Monster. I brought this in for my second annual service last September service and oil change and they overfilled the oil and intentionally but stated it was normal to overfill oil on Ducatis I checked the next day with bike is a stand and the widow had oil filled to top and no gap in window. Now a result there appears significant damage to my engine which likely cost $5000 or more. I reported this to Ducati US account but not sure what recourse I have. Also it is strange that the oil used was dark amber which is not what synthetic oil looks like. I ca not believe these people are an authorized dealer and services they do follow manufacturer methods and make up their own rules. Totally incompetent.

Dunbar Eurosport is an amazing place to find unique and rare motorcycles from across the Atlantic. They sell BMW and Ducati motorcycles and have a beautiful showroom with helpful staff.

I bought a BMW R1250GS Adventure from Tom and the staff and have been extremely happy with everything, including servicing, which has been only routine thus far! ;-)

Service has been an absolute nightmare. They have had my battery for my bike and the charger for over 5 months. I've never recieved a call, every time I've spoken to them, it's been me who has called and I'm always told 'you'll recievce a call in the next week'.The service and customer support is atrocious.

Had an interesting experience here. I was having issues with my BMW motorcycle so I called to see how much it would be to get it checked out. They told me it would be $250 to diagnose the issue. I brought it over and dropped it off and confirmed how much it would cost. I got a call a few days later saying it's one of two things that could be wrong with it and it would cost me $800 to fix. I said I'd think about it and the owner said I had to pay that amount - no questions. I said no, I'll just take my bike and give you the $250 we originally agreed upon. When I went to pick up my bike, it was literally in pieces. I was baffled. I took my bike back and after a month or so realized maybe there was a miscommunication so I called him back to get it fixed and over with. I told him, go for it but if it costs more than the bike is worth (about $4000) then don't bother. He then fixed it and tried charging me $4500. I told him to keep it. I went over there and signed the title to his name. It was just an overall bad experience. Not sure if it was miscommunication or he's actually a bad person. Either way, that's not how you do business.

Trash Customer service. Asked for estimate on tires and was told $700 + in 15 seconds. Skip using these guys because their staff is unaware of how to act with people. Tired of shops thinking they have hold on all Ducati customers and treating them accordingly. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Tom tried charging me 150.00 to change a motorcycle tire when I already had it off the bike which was the cost of my tire to begin with. Now I would think he would give me some kind of deal considering I bought 40,000 dollars worth of motorcycles from the guy but it just blew me away that he was going to try an charge me the amount I paid for the tire to put it on my rim. I can understand if he had to take the rim off my bike but I presented him with the rim and new tire and my head almost spun when he quoted me 150.00 to change a tire will not be going back........

Salesman is friendly, and informative. Service was very unimpressive.Took my F800ST in for an annual service/valve check and to fix a stall-out problem and an instrument panel malfunction. The bike was there for 7 WEEKS. I was told the stall-out issue was the coils and the instrument panel was due to a loose battery. My bill was $2K. Upon pickup I was told the bike was “running beautifully”. I rode the bike 5 MINS down the road and the bike was stalling out all over the place. I almost got killed trying to pull into traffic to turn around back to the shop. At which point I was told it was the fuel pump that needed replacing. I couldn’t believe they charged me $2K but couldn’t test drive my bike more than 5 mins to make sure it was ACTUALLY running well. All said and done, total bill was $3K.Two weeks later the instrument panel started malfunctioning again, and the bike still has stall-out problems. I’ve never spent so much money on servicing a bike where the original problems didn’t get fixed.

This place has no sense of professionalism, the sales person and manager has no respect for the clients. The deal was set for us to buy a bike and next morning we called to settle all the details from the bank and they had sold the bike to someone else with no regards of what was discussed with us right before. I tried to speak to the manager in the most polite way to see if something could be done and he came at me like I had no idea what I was talking about. Definitely not the right place to buy anything if you are looking for respectful and professional staff! Don’t waist your time here.

What a really nice dealership. The salesman Jonathan was incredibly considerate of my many questions. Had thorough knowledge and comparison of BMW and Ducati motorcycles as well as other bikes in the same class.
