“I definitely have a newly found appreciation for Walmart employees. I decided to buy a 65' TV right around closing time, then after fiddling around with it for for far too long, realized that the box will never fit into my sedan, and I was far too nervous to strap it on to the roof of my car for fear it might fall off. Fast forward to 10:45 pm, and I made a last minute decision to swap it out for a 55' inch model instead. Maria, Keevon, Karina, and Jonathan couldn't be more gracious, and readily assisted me with exchanging the TV at the very last minute. Those guys are the real heroes of customer service. Thank you guys! Amazing crew!”
