I order photos that were supposed to be ready in a few hours. I got them 2 days later.... On top of that when I went to pick them up and I walked to the photo center, my photos were just lying there for anyone to walk up and look at or take(for whatever reason). So I took them! I get to the register and ask for my photos and they give them to me. Not only did they hack them up (people cut out, sides missing) images just not as they should have been. So what they gave me wasn't all my pics! If I hadn't have walked over and seen my pics just lying there I wouldn't have gotten them all! All around horrible service!

The rudeness of the staff in the pharmacy is almost comical. They're so rude, I have wondered if they were joking around, because no one is really that ignorant in real life. But no. They really are. I have literally stood in line for 15 minutes then I'm told that my prescription isn't ready and the girl refused to ring up my one package of Lifesavers. I thought she was kidding. Nope. My girl said, "you gotta go up front". so i stood in line up there another 10 minutes. Every time I go in there i am greeted by the crankiest, young people. Too young to be that grouchy. God, I hate that place!

Great place to shop at specially paying $5 a month for the care card an enjoy $10 monthly to use as you wish plus Xtrabucks and coupons.I love CVS…

Absolute disaster to deal with this place. Asian lady in the pharmacy, is a serious language barrier. I've just called them about four times trying to get through and nobody answers

The absolute worst. The customer service is awful, the lines are ridiculous, and they never answer the phone. I have literally been left on hold for 15 minutes. The last prescription I got was expired. I’m sure it wasn’t, and was probably just an error, but who knows? I wasn’t going to give it to my kid. No apologies just a curt response. Unfortunately, I have to use them for my son because Walgreens doesn’t take his insurance.

DO NOT GO TO THIS CVS!!! This place is unprofessional, incompetent, rude, disrespectful, WORST SERVICE EVER!!! The prescriptions are never ready even though the app tell you it is. Always filthy and the staff is incompetent. I was so disgusted with this pharmacy, I changed to Walgreens. I will never shop at any CVS because of my experience here.

No matter what time of day I go to this CVS, the trash outside is overflowing. There are always old receipts around the ATM. They are always restocking with bins in the middle of aisles. I am being picky, but it could be picked up a little better.

Worst cvs in the area. I only use because it’s so close to home. They overcharged the prescription by $60 on the cvs app. When I called they told me they never applied my insurance. So they were going to overcharge me had I not called. It ended up being $10 not $70. When I got there and they closed the pharmacy gates. I walked in at 1:30pm. I asked if I could get my one prescription. The woman told me no because she wanted to go to lunch. In and out transaction that turned into a headache. Horrible customer service.

I'm a frequent customer to this CVS & never had an issue until today & I'm pissed off. I had numerous packages delivered to this CVS due to people stealing packages. I found out today when picking up my items that my package wasn't UPS so they couldn't except them anymore. That is fine, but no one ever explained this to me before. I also didn't know it had to be ups. My question is why now is it mentioned? So no consistency apparently. I was treated as if I committed a crime. The manager at the register who mind you greets everyone with overly happy smiles was so upset with me because I'm not picking up a ups package he says to me "this doesn't help me" . I didn't know CVS received an incentive??!?. I asked for a bag because the packages are dirty (mind you every other time never a problem with the other employees) so he takes a deep breath & shrugged his shoulders with anger because I asked for a bag & I said please. After he did that I said it's just a bag. So the Jesus in me kept me together because I wanted too tell him about his fake happiness. I just don't understand how someone who doesn't own the company can get so angry about it not being ups & a bag. I'm sure the owners of CVS are ok with one less plastic bag. I'm so upset that I still want to tell him off. I just can't get with someone who pretends hes so kind & then gets that upset. Life is way to short for that. Yes, I don't need to be upset either but I'm just picking up a package & I didn't expect that response. Btw 7 days a week I help young teen girls from walking off the ledge of this earth. I'm a good human being. We need to be kind. Ppl just need to relax. It's just a bag & not ups.
