I gave this a 4 star because I read in the online news article that CVS pharmacies are going to try and take the seasonal section out and have it become more of a pharmacy drug store than a shopping place. I feel though as I'm a valued customer and what makes the Cvs welcoming is that aisle. The customer service is great and so are the pharmacy members. I would feel awful if I went inside a cvs just for meds and vitamins. I like to shop around too at cvs pharmacies even pick up things during the holidays and summer. I think I'd have to switch to Walgreens if that aisle was gone. Overall rating for this particular place 5 stars.

Sometimes there’s a wait & the right lane doesn’t work.

NOT a 24 hour location! Also the pharmacy is clearly always under a lot of stress because they talk to you on the phone like you’re a junkie every time you call about prescriptions. Not very pleasant.

Very nice customer service gets them two stars however the pharmacy has done a few things lately that have been worrisome to me. I have recently gotten a different brand of medication which meant that the tablets looked different than they have for the past several years. I was not notified of this when I picked it up nor was there a sticker on the bottle. I only realized when I went to switch to the new bottle. Luckily I have the means to confirm it was the correct pill, but not all people do. Also sometimes certain pills come in a large pill bottle, sometimes a small pill bottle, or sometimes in the original packaging from the manufacturer. I like the different size bottles they help identify what I'm taking however CVS often switches the packaging they use which I feel could lead to a lot of confusion in anyone taking a lot of medications, or with a confused mental status or with a geriatric patient. As a policy, CVS should work on bettering themselves in these ways to help minimize at home medication errors.
