everything i come here, they are not open when they say they are. a few times I have had to call them and they are hanging out in the back with the door locked.

Poor Customer Service. Most of the sales reps here are great, but unfortunately it only takes one bad experience. One specific Sales rep needs training. I was told I couldn’t return a product with receipt. 12-10-19. I wasn’t accommodated and was spoken to poorly. Won’t be coming to this store again.
