I had an emergency situation one Thursday morning. Car broke down. Had it towed to Copeland Toyota unannounced. The service center was able to diagnose the problem, broken coolant pump, by 4pm that same day, were able to order the part, install it and the car was ready to drive out of there by noon the on Friday. Staff could not have been more accommodating, knowledgeable, fair and friendly. They a huge headache into a nonissue. It takes a weight off my shoulders knowing that if I ever find myself in another emergency situation in the area, I can count on Copeland Toyota to take the stress out of the situation.

If your car is in need of service and you are 10 feet away from Copeland Toyota and the next nearest service center is on the moon, I suggest you head directly to the nearest launch pad.
I took my car in for an issue related to an error I was seeing on my dashboard. I recently moved and saw this was the nearest Toyota service center to my home. Hoping I would have a reliable service center so close to home, I brought my car in hope in for the best.
To keep a long story short, before the month was out, I had to go to Copeland Toyota 5 times and was out over $2600. All to get an error from my dashboard cleared and state inspection sticker done.
Their incompetence knows no bounds.
In my last visit, I was lucky enough to work with Steven. I gave him enough of a background on what was going on and he was understanding and he just took matters into his own hands and had my car inspected immediately and passed.
I would advise taking your vehicle to a different service center for any future automotive repair needs. 0/10

Easiest car buying experience I ever had Hamilton was great could not believe how flawless it was told them what I wanted online and they made it happen picked up my new truck few days later no long hours spent at the dealer. Respected each others time.

I had a bad experience purchasing my car here. When I test drove the car, the tire pressure light was on. I was reassured by the salesperson that it would be addressed before I took the car home. The car's passenger and rear seats also needed to be cleaned. Again, I was reassured it would be cleaned before I took the car home. The day I picked the car up, on a Friday, multiple people serviced the car before I ever saw it. The tire pressure light was still on. The sales person that helped me even took it to fill the tank and somehow all of these people missed that the light was still on. When I told the salesperson the light was on he said "oh our service department is closed now. it's nothing. Just go put air in it at any gas station." It's the principle that multiple people saw this car before I did and it should have been taken care before it was given to me. I sat waiting for the car to be cleaned for over 2 hours only for the rear seat to be cleaned and not the passenger seat. I specifically mentioned that both the passenger and the rear seats needed to be cleaned. On Sunday, I noticed a Crack in the corner of the windshield on the passenger side. I was unable to drive the car because it was not registered and I was unable to get my inspection sticker from the dealership that day. I would have noticed if it happened on my route home. Therefore I believe it was there when I purchased it. I emailed the salesperson stating I saw the Crack. He stated if there was a Crack the service department would have told him and they would have fixed it. Just like the service department "fixed" the tire pressure light? I tried multiple times to have the salesperson or anyone look at the Crack since I had to keep calling regarding if my registration was there. The salesperson was out earlier in the week and when I brought it in on Wednesday he was "too busy with a customer " as if I am not a paying customer myself. The inspection sticker machine was broke and I had to take my car elsewhere to be inspected. I called and spoke to a manager who told me I should take the car back to where it was inspected since they should have failed it. She then told me to contact my insurance company because glass is usually covered. Once again, it's the principle that I emailed as soon as I noticed the crack. I tried to have anyone at the dealership look at it and no one did. I was referred elsewhere and believe the crack was there when I purchased the car. The only positive things I have to say are the trade in offer for my old car was fair and I was always greeted upon entry into the building. I will not be going back to this Toyota dealer for sales or service.
