My 2015 Chevy Trax was in your service department on 6/4/24 with a Road Trip coupon and I don’t think what you did was worth $149.95 - it doesn’t appear as though you checked the fluids (when I tried to wash my windshield on Saturday 6/8 it was empty) and you sure didn’t check the oil because one week after you supposedly prepared me for a road trip my check engine light came on and then I found out there is no oil - I was looking for a Chevy dealer closer to home but I am very disappointed in the service you provided and I sure won’t be back.
Update: The manager called and left me a message to call him - I returned his call about a week later (I didn’t listen until then) he never called me back. I thought it was very nice of him to call but then no follow up…..thanks

I absolutely cannot rave enough about my recent experience purchasing my dream Corvette from Copeland Chevrolet. From the moment I stepped foot on the lot, I was greeted with unparalleled enthusiasm and professionalism. Max Reed and Jason Pappas were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect car to match my style and needs.

This was my first visit with my new vehicle. Service assigned manager was very professional with my initial vehicle maintenance concerns. Copeland exceeded my expectations by addressing a Chevrolet manufacturers defect that was disclosed when I purchased the vehicle in July.
Since this is a new vehicle, I wouldn’t expect too many issues at this point however I’m confident that I can rely on Copeland to support my vehicle maintenance and service requirements.

Not a friendly dealer at all. You can tell they are all about make a money for them not to please the customers. Of course they will tell you that they did not find your record! That is the strategy they use all the time, otherwise telling you that this particular customer was never here. Nice try!

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Really disappointed... arrogant…rude.. They are sneaky with the prices and put pressure on you to add packages to your monthly payment . They know they are taking advantage of people. Do not let them! Just walk out! Not to mention the general manager is incredibly rude and speaks loud enough for everyone to hear what I assume he wishes would be a private conversation ( he should not be working with the public or serving as a role model for others) as he is incredibly demeaning. I came in for a scheduled a tire rotation and recall service. I asked that my car be charged while it was work on. It was not charged, which meant I had to stop at a Nissan dealer on the way home to cape cod. Additionally, the tire pressure was set to 36 PSI when the specifications are for 38 psi.

A great experience buying and trading vehicles. Carlos Cabral was an excellent sales representative. He was honest, friendly and knowledgeable before, during and after the sale. We shopped at several Chevrolet and GMC dealers and none came close to the experience we had a Copeland.
I would also like to say that the service advisor Don Bailey went out of his way for us, we will drive the extra miles to have the truck serviced at Copeland, it’s worth it.
