Picked up my new SUV today couldn't be happier. The whole experience was wonderful. I absolutely recommend it victoria it was fantastic. Nick and financing was great Everything went very smooth. If you're looking to buy a new Chevy, please give Copeland a look.

I called the dealership to verify that the vehicle was still for sale and even let them know when I would be arriving to check it out. After making the 2 hour trip down, I checked out the car and even took it for a test drive. After about an hour of looking over the vehicle I decided I wanted to buy it. The salesman went to talk to his manager about what I was thinking for a price and then came back and asked me to give him my credit card so that his manager would know I'm serious... he then came back and told me that they actually just sold it to someone else...... i will never go back.

They'll email you incessantly to talk business and when you show up they'll try and waste your time and then look at you like you have two heads for telling them your time is valuable.

Horrible experience with the sales manager Laura Cicciu. We had agreed on a price, so I put down a reserve on the vehicle. When I got the quote, it was much higher than what we agreed upon. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company because they would not give me my deposit back.

The Copeland Chevrolet sales staff and finance manager I recently dealt with in my pre owned truck purchase were friendly, knowledgeable and professional from start to finish. I would definitely shop this location again. You do need to enter the dealership with the right (positive)attitude and tell them exactly what your expectations are for your purchase and trade in. A clear understanding of value on what you are looking for and what you currently own will help you from feeling short changed after the deal is made. This technique worked for me and we were able to come to a deal leaving me with a positive result and a happy customer. Thank you Copeland Chevy team!

Worked with a new sales person who was friendly but not very knowledgeable but the process was smooth and I was happy with the price of used Equinox. Gave me fair trade in value and the sales person followed up with phone call a few weeks after purchase to see if I was happy with the car.The reason I won't go back to Copeland is because of the business manager or whatever the title is of the person who does all of the final paper work/financial information. He was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. I already had financing thru my bank and I made it clear I didn't want any extended warranty service he was trying to sell me. Once he realized he would not be getting any extra cash from me he didn't say a word other than to slide forms across the table and say "sign here". When I had signed all of the documents all he said was " you can go back to your sales person now" No thank you or handshake. I understand it is their job to up sell services but to be treated like that after he realized he would not be making any mon ey from me was insulting.

Can't say enough about this place. My salesperson ZRuss Shomaker was professional, listened to what I wanted and found a truck at another dealer. No B.S. like at other dealersservice dept has been great never an issue have gone out of their way to find an opening before I went on vacationi give them 5 stars!!
