“Convenient location to buy snacks, smokes and beer/wine without having to deal with traffic on Pleasant Street because they also have parking lot access from Wheeler Ave. I've lived near here for over 25 years and this place has always been an abandoned building until now. Staff is friendly and chill.”

“Been coming to this location for several years. The only thing i find to totally wrong is the fact that the store is short staffed at peak hours. Leaving one employee to handle the customersand process Doordash orders on Friday afternoon/evening is totally insane. If you can’t have an additional person on schedule then maybe the store shouldn’t be doing door dash orders. Employees deserve better.”

“Been going here for about 10 years now. My only gripe about the store is the timing of opening. It says 7am and others have updated it stating 7am... But anytime I go down there between 7:05-7:30am, nobody is there. A correct opening time would be nice. When they used to open at 6am, they were always on time opening the store.”

One large office supply store said it would be two to three hours, one local print shop was closed for vacation. I went to Walgreens in a panic - not only did they walk me through the kiosk experience, they had the photo ready for me in about 15 minutes. I cannot thank them enough for being so helpful in a very emotional and sad time for me.”

“LOVE THE STORE STAFF.ALL FOUR (4) STARS ARE FOR THE FRONT STORE. If youse didn't have the Pharmacy, you would be Five (5) Stars Store.HATE THE PHARMACY, THEY DON'T PICK UP THE PHONE. Use to be so good to go there. Since Covid, calling is the Option, but YOUSE DON'T PICK UP THE PHONE. I've transferred as many meds as I could, to Non-CVS Mailed Meds. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE GREAT STAFF YOU HAD? ARE THEY GONE?”
“This morning at about 4am 12/28 i came into the station to pump gas and came upon the two attendants male and female, employes the male employee seemed upset and very aggressive toward the older woman. I was afraid for the woman whom i hoped called the police on the aggressively angered man. I like this station because its open at 4am and convenient for us early birds. I hope guy no longer works there. HE WAS A MANIAC.”

“Great food and cheap as well. I have been going there for years and the food and service has always been great. I do say the grilled chicken is good but not as great as it was before. I do not know if there was a change in way of cooking it but it is still very taste.
Overall, I recommend people stop by if they need food or Cape Verdean product.”
