The experience was pretty good. The main reason I went to commonwealth was I had a 20 percent off discount. I was disappointed when the “old pal” ready to roll variety was limited. The RTR if more flaky then the ground which is more like powered. With what I had in points and the 20 off coupon made it a good purchase. I tend to shop my purchases and this time it was commonwealth

I'm always there the staff knows my name they greet me all the time. Only reason it's not five because if my med allotment runs out and I buy from your recreational side I don't get my points. I'm still supporting you but I lose my appreciation from you. Other than that. It's my go to spot.

I’ve been to 10-20 of these stores at this point and the service here is by far the worst I’ve ever seen. From the process of getting into the door to getting your products it’s always a headache. Medwell is right next door just save the hassle and go there

I placed a online order for NF1 my ordered was filled with a different strain. I noticed it before I was 5 feet from the register, turned around and informed them I was given the wrong item. I was told they did not have what I ordered and I could not get a refund. So you can charge me for something you don't have and not give me a refund. I'll never step foot inside that place again .

The staff is great! I love coming here for there daily specials. Mondays is 20% flower. Tuesdays is 20% everything. How awesome is that. Anyways you get the idea about the daily specials. Can't beat them.

I only go to this dispensary because they support veterans by offering 40% off on the 11th of the month. I buy hundreds of dollars of products every month, and on 4/20 I bought a cart. It hit once and wouldn't work after that. By the time I got to this cart, however, it was after I'd had it for 7 days. Per their return policy, I had 7 days to make a return. Rather than replacing the item or even giving me points towards their dispensary, they said I was SOL for not having returned it sooner and did nothing despite my loyalty to their dispensary. I'm going to start pricing out other dispensaries now.
