My Audi Q5 was rear ended and Collision 24 made it better than new. The team was great. I was informed of everything going on and when there was a hold up due to getting a part.

Have no idea why I'm still here 2 hours later for two tire changes...this has been an eye opening horrible experience between the auto dealership and now their collision center. Then I go check to see what how much longer, and made it seem like I have the audacity to ask. Just wow! The first visit this past Saturday was also a 2 hr wait.

I dropped my car off 8/31/2023 every time I call they said 2 more days. Never called me. Mean while I have the car rental from the insurance which I was paying for daily insurance for $25 a day. People have said online that enterprise and coalition 24 have an arrangement to keep the car longer so they can both make money. So be ware of this place. I got my car back today because I went to coalition 24 and said I wasn't leaving without my car which was magically done with the repairs. I will never ever ever bring my car there again. And for the lady that rented me the car. I told her I was only paying for the daily insurance for 5 days which I did. Come to find out they kept charging my card. I called enterprise and they said the contract I signed states once I say I will pay the will charge until you bring the car back. So again an arrangement to keep charging people. Don't go to either place coalition 24 or enterprise on west chestnut st in Brockton MA. I'm so mad I could cry but now I learned my lesson. Edit: if you have coalition coverage don't get the rental car insurance. Call your car insurance company and ask if you have coverage while renting the car you had an accident in or if you are just renting a car. I paid the rental insurance $25 a day for no reason when my insurance company had me covered already. Enterprise don't tell you this at all. They are thieves.

Collision 24 was unbelievable from their customer service (especially Ron Caswell)— handling everything with white glove treatment. It was a seamless process from obtaining the rental to the execution of the insurance paperwork. My busy schedule both personally and professionally, this experience was all I could ask for and I will continue to use them for service needs and the purchase of my next vehicle! Sent here by my insurance company for body work. Repairs completed well enough but customer service was weak. Had to call repeatedly only to be told my rep would ‘get back to me’, which he never did. They also tried to have me pay the deductible even though my insurance carrier had reimbursed them already.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE QUALITY! How can a body shop associated with a dealer have such horrible quality?? After my car was picked up from collision 24 I had to bring my car to some real professionals at Craft Detailing in Dedham so they can correct the mistakes made by Collision 24. They left heavy swirls on my passenger doir and the panel next to it. There was no shine, the paint looked cloudy! Thank god for Craft Detailing who resolved the issue. The down side is I had to pay out of pocket to resolve an issue from a repair made by Collision 24. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS BUSINESS, YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!!Service: Body & Trim

Place is horrible. Took them 30 days to perform a repair and when the car was returned there were multiple bubbles in the paint job and one of the repairs looks worse than when I dropped it off. To make matters worse there was a new big dent in the quarter panel. They also used about a half a tank of gas and must have drove my truck around to grab parts because there was trash in the flatbed. I am so upset with this shop, words can’t describe it.Service: Auto body & trim repair

This place should go bankrupt! I will never recommend anybody to this place. My car just had a little scratch, but it took 1.5 months to get my car back. Every time I called them, they had a brand new excuse. The front desk just lied every single time. Eventually I went there to check the status, I noticed a customer called in, the front desk lady told that customer that she is going to check the status for that person, but instead of checking the status, she just put the phone aside and played her cell phone! I just happened to be there and saw the whole thing!!! They are also very slow to send documents to my insurance company, I have to go there to get the paperwork. The manager is very rude when I asked for my paperwork! IF you don't want to have headache, go somewhere else!

After (8 weeks+) of repairs with 24 Collision this is how they sent my vehicle back to me "fixed."1.The front driver fender is missing 3/4 of its mounting equipment.2. The passenger front has a damaged bottom valance.3. The front bumper is misaligned the passenger side protrudes out about an inch4. They charged but never replaced the American flag on the passenger side.5.The headlight beams are misaligned by over a meter.6. They never even cleaned the interior of vehicle, leaving debris inside.I don't feel comfortable returning my vehicle there, they had it for 8 weeks. After week 6 I had to keep calling & Emailing for updates. Half the time they never answered or responded to the emails.Service: Body & Trim

Awful customer service. No communication from adjusters or anyone else for that matter.I brought our 2015 pathfinder in for an insurance claim to fix our front bumper and grinding noises associated with the claim in June and didn’t hear anything for a couple weeks. That began the countless phone calls to this place to figure out IF my car was being repaired. Sometimes I heard, “I’ll have the person working on your claim cal you” (they never did) other times I would get “well parts are on back order” (I will allow for that they can’t control shipping). Then almost 3 weeks ago it was “it’s getting ready for paint” 10+ days later still not painted. Fast forward it is now Aug 10 and I just picked up the vehicle and it’s still making the same grinding noise associated with the claim as it was when I brought it in.I know everyone post Covid is dealing with shortages in employees but this is not that. Avoid this place at all cost when doing any body work or insurance claims.Service: Auto body & trim replacement
