“I came in and dealt with a woman who said she was a manager to make a return. She was obnoxious and aggressive and unwilling to comply I came back the next day and dealt with Travis who was amazing it you need any help at the Brockton location ask for Travis!!!”
“The cashier had to get help from a manager because my merchandise credit wouldn't ring in. They both were really calm and respectful, equaling great customer service. Sadly, it's not that common city. The racks were over filed by stock levels. Great deals!”
