As a mother, I was very upset when my daughter called me to tell me about how they treated her at city gas. The young man were rude, disrespectful, dismissive to her. you try and support small businesses but reasons like this is unacceptable. You DO NOT shut a garage door on a customer. you address them with dignity and have integrity. You don't want to do a job you say it. Dont tell her no one else will do it or give her the run around or dismiss her. I don't care if its a family owned shop. learn to be treat your clients especially female clients.

For the last 2 years, I’ve always gone there on centre to get my inspection done. Yesterday, I was just disappointed, dismissed and tried to play me. I went to the center street site and waited to be served and it was taking some time and Sam sent me to their Main Street.Unfortunately, when I went to Main Street, they shared that due to my windshield fluid and car bolts I failed my inspection and they shared because of the parts and time they can fix it on Monday. I would not be able to do it on Monday so I asked for alternative options and he told me that mechanics are closed early today. I then asked if I go elsewhere to fix the issue and return before the closing time. Will they inspect my car and pass if the issue is solved. At first he said no then, then his wife restated the question and he responded yes but it’s Saturday I’ll be lucky to get a mechanics who will do all the work at this time since shops close early.As I got in my car, The young man who co-inspected my car told me at the other location on centre street have mechanics would could assist me and give it a try again. So I listened and went back, as I arrived to explain one of the young man (not Sam) about what as said. He said he didn’t get what I was trying to say, I was like let me go get the inspection papers in my car because I want to make sure I am stating the right problem (he was a little rude)I went to my car and get the paper and he told me he called his dad and spoke to his dad ( I don’t know what his dad told him and perhaps it was no) and the work for the car would not be done today! I can drop it off Monday in the morning and they could have it done by 12pm.He was very rude and proceeded to tell me it’s Saturday, half day (they close early) and it’s all the front work and it would take a long work to do it! As I try to speak, Sam begin to closed the garage door on me. I was dismissed! Maybe they had another client but at that moment or could’ve been handled differently! I was so upset that I left!I actually went somewhere else! They were open and shared the problem was an easy fix. The fact is City gas just didn’t want to do it for whatever reason but make a general statement that no mechanic would do it because it’s a saturday. In fact, the windshield fluid was an easy fix and the wheels as well! The place fixed my car in 45 minutes and redid my inspection and I passed! Yes, I had to pay another $35 but it was worth it and I was not going back to city gas! The absolute worst customer service!!!!!! You don’t treat anyone like that and I’m sure if I was man they would NEVER!!!

Needed to get an inspection for my car. It was one and done in about 10 to 15 minutes. Couldn't be happier. They take cash or card for payment.
