I had a highly disappointing experience with Wendy, the bank manager. Her behavior was nothing short of rude and extremely unprofessional. She displayed a complete lack of respect and courtesy during my interactions with her. I would strongly advise against dealing with her if you value good customer service and professionalism.

This branch is a nightmare and I haven’t had an open account longer than a week. I went into the branch 3 times to rectify a simple issue and my issue is yet to be solved. My first appointment got cancelled and they weren’t even going to call me to let me know their system had been down for hours. The second time I walked in, I got told I couldn’t be helped because I didn’t have an appointment, even though I arrived hours before they even closed. The third time I went with an appointment and the Manager Wendy Perez tried to put people who got there after me, ahead of me, even though my appointment was with her! She reluctantly took me, 20 minutes late and acted as if I was an inconvenience. I was told I needed to come back with a different proof of address because the one I had didn’t suffice. I made another appointment later that same day with the branch manager Wendy and came with all of my documents, just to have to wait an hour and 15 minutes. The Manager Wendy, brushed me off to the new worker (he was very sweet and doing the best he could) who told me to come back the next day or call customer service. The new teller was able to update my address but didn’t even look at the document I was told I needed to have earlier in the day. I watched people who didn’t have an appointment be served before me even though I was just rejected 2 days before for not having an appointment. The unprofessionalism is unmatched to any other bank and I haven’t even been with them a week. I went and wasted hours of time just to leave with my issue unresolved and feeling unheard and as if I was an inconvenience. I will try another branch but if I’m met with the same unprofessionalism I will be switching banks.

Drove out of my way to an actual branch open during normal hours now that they all close early. Got there and they wouldn't give me my money in the denominations I needed. Said it was due to a policy but the policy doesn't exist. Waste of time.

Worst customer service. Signs are not well done for the lines. I stand in line to cash a check, 3 tellers look at you for 15 mins and don’t ask if help is needed. I asked if they are closed , no answer. Account w them? Never, don’t waist your time. Rude

I don't often frequent this bank or market since the Market Basket opened sometime ago, but I can always go there in a pinch for when I need some grocery items. The bank itself is compact but is what it is. My issue is as of today I had an online appointment for 230p for a notary. I get there in time but have to wait in line which is fine. I get to the teller and he informs me that the manager, whom I believe is a notary, left at 2pm. Why is that!?! Don't these appointments populate their calendars. If she couldn't wait, she had my info from the system so why not reschedule? I'm so disappointed. I needed this done today but due to lack of proper systems in place I have to wait until Monday to get this done some place else. So sad...disappointing! Unprofessional! My teller Kevin heard my words of frustration but was gracious and patient with me as I conducted my other needed transaction from my account.. Thank, you, Kevin.

Sat in line 20 minutes for them to tell me.to make an appointment foe tomorrow. All this while.one teller works and 3 or 4 others just stand there. Useless branch.

By far the worst bank location. I don't know what people do here but on average every transaction takes at least 15 minutes. If there is a rare moment that nobody is there I have had several employees ignore me. And the reason I left after 30 minutes in line is because in a high infection area the customers don't wear masks and nobody says anything. I'm not fond of this bank in general but I have always hated this location. If you have a few hours to kill go check it out.

Get in the bank and I see 7 persons talking and laugh for 5 minutes and then They say we are not open until 10 and now it’s 8:46 very disrespectful .
