Kyle was amazing. We went in knowing exactly what we wanted for our growing family, and he got us into a deal that night. The whole thing went smooth. He was also kid friendly as we came in with 3 kids. I highly recommend and will let our family and friends know!!

A bunch of clowns! We made an appointment to test drive a used Wrangler for my daughter. I got called this morning to comfirm the appointment. We hire a baby sitter to take care of our younger kids. We drive 45mn to the dealership, We show up - they can’t get the car to start. No only they had us wait 45mn before telling us the car is not starting, and we had to drive another 45mn back. Waisted our time. Like are you serious??

Awesome experience here! After being let down by many dealerships my fiancé and I decided to stop in to check out a car we saw online. We were helped by Juan Sanchez and told him our situation. He was honest and thorough with what option would be best suitable for us. Joe in finance also went above and beyond to get us a good deal and Andy helped along the way. Felt like I knew them all for years and they made the experience fun and easy. These are honest men who I knew we could trust! Process was quick and easy and walked out with a 2022 Nissan Sentra and it is already on the road ! Thank you all so much we really appreciated your honesty and help :).

From start to finish working with Benjamin Mains was a very relaxed, non stressful and no pressured buying experience.
He carefully listened to all of my sons questions and attentive to his nerves going into inquiring about a Ram Jeep Warlock being his first big purchase.
Ben gave him options, time, patience .
There was no sales gimmick feelings. It was a very authentic transaction and I would highly recommend Ben Mains.

At first glance the staff seemed to be helpful and knowledgeable. However, a month after them selling me a car I found out they did NOT do THEIR job to get it registered or insured. They handed me keys and that was it. Following the phone call from them, a month post purchase, it took an ADDIONAL TWO WEEKS for them to sort this issue out. I was left without a car to drive, needing to rely on family and friends so I could get to work. They were not proactive with resolving THEIR mistake. Getting in contact with them was a challenge. In addition, the automatic payments I was set up with for online banking was not completed correctly so now I have to battle with the banking services to resolve that issue. Dealing with this dealership has been nothing short of a headache. I WOULD NOT reccomend them to anyone.

I leased and have been servicing my 2022 Jeep Cherokee at Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram 24 faithfully over the past 2 years. All of my experiences have been positive, especially with the Service Center. Laura Spinola has most recently been my service rep and is always extremely helpful and kind. Booking an appointment online is fast and easy, and there are always multiple availabilities. The Service Center waiting area is clean and comfortable, although I never wait more than an hour for an oil change. The service staff are very fast and efficient. I will be leasing and servicing my next vehicle here. I 10/10 recommend Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram 24 in Brockton!
