The Charity Guild in Brockton has done and continues to provide for many of our Brockton Public School families. During COVID they were a life saver for many of the families who were not able to leave their homes. The food packages they put together are fresh and the quantity they provide for the size of the family meets their needs. I will always be grateful to them for their continued support and providing a forum for other food pantries to be a part of (Brockton Area Hunger Network). They are always able to assist without hesitation! Thank you Charity Guild and members of the team to help Brockton families to feed their households.

Amazing place. The service they provide the community is priceless. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. Since the renovation has been completed everything is so easy to find.

I can’t say enough about The Charity Guild! If you are struggling in these tough times, you need food, you need help, contact them! They have personally helped people in my life. They also run one of the most incredible thrift shops I’ve ever been to (and I am an amazing shopper!). Check out my latest haul-proceeds go to the food pantry

On top of the amazing work they do feeding members of the community of Brockton through their food pantry, the thrift shop is a great place to find things you didn’t realize you needed! If you haven’t checked out the newly renovated shop, you should! Laura,Maria and their small but intrepid thrift shop team have done a great job! I made an appointment last week to drop off some things. It was easy and of course I didn’t leave empty handed. Seriously, I got an - what looks like it was never worn - Eileen Fisher down vest- totally on trend- for $20! All proceeds from the shop benefit the food pantry.

I’m an avid thrifter and this is one of my favorites. They recently renovated and it’s really nice. I always leave with a big bag of really nice quality items. Last time I was there I got a Pendleton cashmere sweater, a beautiful Italian belt, and a cute vintage Bonwit Teller purse that I’ve been using every day since. The woman that works there is really nice too.

tbh smelled and I felt awkward being there. It’s cramped, there’s a back room made of cardboard boxes ? It’s all cloths (nothing wrong with that) just any other sections were barren. The kid section has NO LIFE in it. The kids I saw “playing” waiting for their parents looked bored out of there mind. They should also have CLEAN toys to check out. I wasn’t greeted, asked if I needed help or to told to “have a good one” I get it. After a while people stop caring about their business. It’s life. I was excited to check out the store but now I feel like I just got “retail-catfished”
