Found this nail salon online and it had good reviews so I figured I would give it a try. I am in town visiting family, and I'd love to find a go-to salon for whenever I am in Brockton. When I walked through the door I was greeted by a woman who ended up being my nail tech. As a super experience oriented person I always pay attention to how I feel/how I am treated when I do things that involve me spending my hard earned money. I showed the nail tech a reference photo of what I wanted and she took my phone to another tech and I assume was asking her if she wanted to do it instead? I'm not sure. But my phone was put down on the counter where the other woman sat, as my nail tech went to retrieve the color I wanted. (I should have been asked before taking my phone across the room, and it should have immediately ended up back in my hand afterwards.) Fast forward, the nail tech I had did a good job on my nails, but proceeded to speak loudly across the room to another tech the entire time in another language. There was no courtesy for me, my comfortability, or my experience. When it came to the design I wanted, the tech decided to freestyle part of it, saying it would look better like that instead. When I refused wanting it she went back and forth with me about it several times and I ended up allowing her to freestyle on 2/4 nails with design. Overall my nails look great but idk I just wasn't feeling the vibe of the place. It was the end of the day so maybe she was tired and ready to go home? But I think I'll keep looking for my go-to Brockton nail salon, but I have this one as an option if I'm in a pinch.

This place ruins my nails they cut my nails and they don’t put clear nail polish on your nail when you take out your nails.

A mess. Came in for a fill & gel pedicure and was cut twice during my pedicure, badly enough to draw blood and require a bandaid. Equally sloppy job with the manicure.In less than a week, the polish on 2 toes has completely peeled off and the manicure looks several weeks old, as all the polish has cracked/chipped and at least 1 nail is about to break. Waste of time and money

Love how they transform my hands/nails because I was not about to do it because of bad experience in the past but my son told me that I can not be scared from the past now is present. You like it do it. I'm thankful for them for transformation and for my son.
