I was forbidden to try on a bra due to strange rules that I fundamentally disagree with; it is often difficult to choose a bra until you try it on. To my question “how should I understand if he is right for me?” I was told “this is not our problem”

Be prepared to spend at least 30 minutes to an hour to check out. Cashiers don’t greet you or ask for rewards and move at snails pace

26 people in line and only 2 register, that's insane, whom know how many people leave and don't ever come back, I been thinking the same thing.
The manager have to keep the eyes on this problem, it's not the first time that I noticed.

I had a carriage full of clothes. Went to check out and 16 people were in front of me. Left my cart and walked out. This is the third time this has happened (twice in Florida and once in Brockton). Understaffed and the cashiers they do have could not possibly move slower!!

omg this specific Burlington was PACKED on a Monday evening when I went to look for some bday gifts for a friend. I picked up a few things and went to get in Line&WOW the Line was (if it was straight) would of been prob halfway thru the store, so I said screw this and threw my carriage and walked out. wouldn't use the Brockton Burlington again!

Every single person that works in this store is rude and unprofessional. The worst service brockton has to offer. Cashier at the register on her phone and employees talking to each other about the customer right in front of them. I always make the drive to the Braintree locations when possible. This place is horrible.
