I find it frustrating that my mom, sister, son and I were followed around the store while shopping for hair care products. We didn't drive 30 minutes just to be monitored like that. It's disheartening to think what might have led the employee to view us as suspicious. This type of behavior feels discriminatory and stereotypical. On a positive note, the cashier was polite and offered great customer service. Will we return? It's uncertain; the experience left us feeling uncomfortable and irritated.

These young ladies act like I went to their house and begged them to work there. I'm getting sick of them. Maybe I need to reach out to the owner and see if they need help hiring better people. If all they really want to do is talk to each other and stock, go to Home depot or something overnight to do actual stocking jobs.

I usually go the BSW in Brockton I went to the one in Boston in mattapan and was pleasantly surprised they had different product than the Brockton location this store looks smaller on the outside but don't be fooled it's not,I was happy with the prices on the wig's and this location had more updated selectionHowever, I wish the cashier was approachable she appeared to not like her job,. If they change cashier I would go every week but I will not be going there with her sour face and attitude

Update July 31, 2021:The customer service here is still outstanding. As crowded as the store was today, Carissa took the time to give me opinions on different wigs I was trying on. She was diplomatic but honest and I really appreciated her help (as I have fooled myself before)! She's a very young girl but she listened and understood what I was looking for. Full service beauty supply store! Everything you could possibly need! Kudos!Once again, all the young ladies at BSW were outstanding. I heard them answer the most obscure customer questions. Why do I feel like I'm at a party when I go there? It's fun! This kind of customer service and friendliness is what has been missing from the Brockton hair and beauty community. I keep going back -- and with good reason! I actually enjoyed myself!

Very unprofessional. I arrived 15 minutes before they closed . As I was walking up , they had 2 employees at the door . One employee was sitting on a box chewing gum . The door was locked at 7:45 when the store closes at 8 . She was trying to speak to me through a door instead of opening the door to speak to me and continued to point at a sign that clearly said 8pm . I then waited for a customer to walk out so I could speak to employee . I’ve never had a door closed in my face and just very rude , ignorant and unprofessional . Yes the product here is good honestly you could the same brands at any hair store . This place has always had employees that just hate their life while they are at work and the business itself should really retrain or rehire .
