Called them to perform a warranty issue on my trailer, emailed service all the info to get the parts on order. Called back a week and a half later to see what was going on. After fumbling around for 5 minutes trying to figure out who I was, they finally admitted they did not order the parts. I went elsewhere.

We bought a new 2021 Forest River Wildwood trailer from Bradford, and they spent over an hour running through everything with me from how to use the water heater to how to use the hitch/balancer. Free. On our first trip the refrigerator was dead. Called their service department who was able to get a new one installed/tested. Free. But I didn't really know how good this customer service was until I had something to compare it to. We are looking to move up to a Grand Design, which unfortunately is a brand that Bradford didn't have. The RV dealer in Raynham that carries it charges a $990 fee for the mandatory orientation session, and will not cover labor for brand new components (like a 'fridge). Now I REALLY appreciate the extra care that Bradford provides!

I can’t tell you how much I appreciate all the hard work Maura did for just a small $27 part for us. She truly went above and beyond she got the part for us the next day even though Christmas was coming.She called us and followed through. She is amazing thank you Bradford RV you made are Christmas.

Only place i go for rv service sent our race trailers and our last two motor coaches there. Only had an issue once. Honest down to earth people always a pleasure to visit.

You're next RV purchase should be made here! These guys are excellent! Joe, Ray, Brad, Bill, and Howie, those are all the people I dealt with. What a team! Super knowledgeable and friendly. They will get you ready to go with no hassle whatsoever. Great family dealership. They've been around a long time and it shows.

Extremely poor customer service! Person at front desk knew NOTHING. sales person didn't have anything to add for information.Oh, & silly prices.... it's called price gouging

We got some repairs done in a parking lot that would enable us to limp to a service center so we could get the rest of it done and inspected by someone who services RVs. Since we have a 42' Forest River RV, we chose Bradford RV Centers. The owner (Brad) is a very likeable guy who seems interested in making sure you're RV is serviced quickly and well. We limped in on Tuesday just before closing and we were able to settle up Thursday after lunch. Incredibly nice crew and they were able to explain what happened and why. I would definitely recommend Bradford RV to anyone who's in need of help.

We dropped off our pop-up camper to Bradford RV to get the left turn signal/brake light fixed. I was told they could fix it and it would cost $125. Before going to pick it up, I confirmed it had been fixed and the final cost. We drove there only to find out the turn signal/brake light STILL wasn't working! The same old plug was in place and no sheath had been added to cover the wires. It looked like the only thing that had been done was the old electrical tape had been removed and new tape wrapped around the wires, something I could have done myself. So back home we drove with our camper, two hours of commuting time and gas money wasted and nothing to show for it. It's the second time Bradford RV has done this to us, so we will now get our repairs done elsewhere.

Well Bill over here is a great guy he was very nice and explained stuff simple to me told me what I had to take care of and that he would work with me to get my problem fixed. He made it so simple and painless. I will start using Bradford for all my RV needs for sure now . I had spent hours on the phone with my original dealer who just wanted to make everything hard as possible for me so I was nervous about calling other places but I called Bradfords and they are taking care of my problem without making any other problems for me on top of it . THANKS SO MUCH Bill .
