If I could give a zero I would. There is a tall skinny-ish black presenting female that did not give me my change. When I tried to flag her down to get my change she pointed out the exit and said that I was all set.I did not kick up a fuss because the place was super busy at the time.

Do not buy from this location, they are over price and have very poor customer service. I reported a manger for childish behavior name Christine, months ago nothing was resolved. I recently went in to pick up a order and come to find out I am banned for no reason. Here are some better dispensary in the brockton area with better prices as well. Green heart cannabis, legal greens: brockton, AMP, cannapi, green 4 all and commonwealth alternative care brockton. EVERYONE DO NOT BUY AT BOTERA

At the Brockton location.My experience was not good I went there 2 times and thought some of the people working there are rude.I gave it another chance, and the same thing.The person that helped me, said "I don't know" when I asked about the type of flower. Like I was bothering her.They lost a customer. I wouldn't recommend this dispensary to anyone. The staff needs to have more knowledge and respect.

I went to Botera for the first time and was really impressed, the layout had a nice flow to it, I loved being able to actually see and smell the products on display, as well as the prices didn’t feel grossly overinflated. They had a decent variety of glass, papers, etc which for the most part were well priced. The most impressive part for me was that the general manager was working the floor, he was there taking orders and answering all my random questions. It’s refreshing to go to a place where management isn’t above working the floor and interacting with customers (not to mention he was pretty handsome). So all in all, would return and suggest it to people considering it.

TERRIBLE staff. RUDE. Not very educated on cannabis products what so ever. Only reason I sometimes go here is because the deals are decent. Although every time I go there is an issue. They never seem to have what I ordered and mess my order up EVERY time. Again very RUDE staff and not very pleasant like most other dispensaries. Could be much better with different management.

Best place for your dispensary needs in a 20 mile radius, legit.Staff is great, the kiosk allows you to browse the products by category, plenty of parking and its never really crowded so you're in and out in minutes unless you want to explore options, in which case it's a welcoming atmosphere and the aesthetics are impressively relaxing.

Ordered to the wrong store. The new Taunton location that I've been very happy with was not helpful or accommodating for the wrong order. Taunton had the same product but I was told "well it isn't that price here" I called Brockton to see if they could help. They were rude to me and hung up on me. I really think they could of done more for a new customer especially since they seem so nice. But very poor experience today.

Visited this dispensary over the weekend. The staff member checking people in and scanning ID's at the front desk was lazy, ignorant, and overall just rude. Might have been his first job but he appeared to be in his 30's so I sure hope it wasn't. Welcome to public service my friend, fake a smile if you have to.

Very rude service! Asked me if i even wanted my 3 dollars... and then said dont spend it all in one place. normally i give a dollar or 2 but i wont make that mistake again clearly the cashiers dont need it after all its only 3 dollars.

Easily some of the most on-point staff and most effective product I've found in years. It's worth a trip out of town to visit Botera!
