I like the cashier except they charged me too much for a hot spot,and it clearly stated that it was to activate item which I bought online.I paid $67 for a monthly fee.the clerk does not know her business, and I'm gonna call corporate store for my money back if not I'll go somewhere else.if a cashier does not now policy then they should tell patrons hold off before taking money.

I made the mistake of buying a phone and trying to hook up service at walmart. No offense, but DO NOT DO THIS. The that I bought there is great, but I had a problem with the Sim card. I was told by BOOST to go back to that Walmart and buy another card (they come in packages of 4). So I did, but not one of them was compatible with my phone. Boost said it must have been a fluke, and to go back to the store, return the old Sim cards, and buy another package of 4. And guess what? Not only were none of THOSE 4 cards compatible, but they then tell me that Sim cards cannot be returned for cash or credit. I said thanks, (at least that's what I said out loud), and left - never to return. I instead went to the Boost Mobile store, also on Oak st, across from the golf course. That's where I found Jaime - my savior. He checked everywhere in his store, but he did not have a card that was compatible with my phone - for which he apologized profusely. Here's what he did: he called Boost directly, and asked them to send out a card by 2-day air. He told me to come back on Saturday, and that he would try and help me. Well, he actually did better than that. I left his store just as he was closing. It was at 6 or 7pm, I believe. About an hour later, I got a call from him saying he was STILL at his store because he was sure he had the right card for my phone. Well he REALLY gave his shop a going over this time, and goshdangit he found it. He cancelled the order with Boost, and told me I could come in at ANY TIME the next day. I came in in the AM, and he took care of my card WITH Boost on the other line. The entire thing took perhaps ten minutes, and when he was done, my phone was 100% all set. I recommend him to everyone. I noticed a couple reviews on here that says things like, "takes forever," or, "terrible customer service." While I can only speak for myself, Jaime is in there running his entire shop by himself, so maybe try to be a bit patient with him? Also, he only charged me the normal $20 for an activation. I tried to tip him, and he denied it. I'm taking my mom there tomorrow to get her new phone. Thanks again, Jaime!!

I would most definitely recommend this store if you need any service involving payments, activations, switching plans, cell phone repair, and so much more! Every time I go there, the customer service is always well and efficient. This place is also offers plenty of great deals you wouldn't want to miss out on. Check it out!
