Update: Hey Owner! Visited again for the same purpose like my last review. The Thomas Jefferson dude whom I learned the name of Ernie. Idk if he was feeling salty that he was spoken to the last time about his customer service or he just doesn't care.??♀️
Been going to this place for years only to use their redemption area. I like this location only because of it cleanliness, the well stocked shelves, the calm and quite atmosphere it has in the morning, and the redemption area for recycles. But today this place got a one from me. I was only using their redemption area for 3 full contractor bags of cans and bottles. The caucasian elderly dude with the jefferson haircut and glasses had the worse attitude at 10am. He first got mad that i left a wet spot from the first bag that i got through. When i came in with the second bag he told me about it. I apologized and asked if i could use their mop since i noticed that everyone else on shift was doing something else and i was gonna take a minute with the amount that i had. He said no and then gave me small pieces of paper towel to swipe the floor when i was finished. Then as i was doing the final bag one of my cans got stuck in the machine and i asked the lady up front if someone could help me with it. The same elderly dude noticed and caught an attitude about it. At that point i done took whatever i had left and bounced. This place is not it if you wanna return your recycle items.

Easily approachable and answers politely and professionally.
Nice, helpful staff when I asked where to find certain wines and liquor. Organized, clean store with plenty of parking.

They're OK. No problems, however more like a regular liquor store as far as selections.. as in "run of the mill" as compared to say, Total Wine, or Yankee Spirits or the liquor stores connected to a Wegmans that have incredible selection and inventory .. so for stocking up on Bud and regular liquors, they're fine. The clerks are helpfull and will help you out. Conveniently located inside the West Gate Mall complex, right beside the highway exit off of Route24, with plenty of parking.
