“For the record I am reviewing O'Reilly's on Belmont Street in Brockton not the older building on Copeland Street. I called up this location and I was greeted by Victor on the phone. He had the engine mount I was looking for at an amazing price. I asked him to put the part on hold for me and I would be down just ask for Victor. When I walked into the store I identified Victor by his name tag. Very friendly professional demeanor. The part has since been installed in my car and I can't describe the joy that I have when it fits and it works the first time. Keep up the great work, I won't forget this.”

“Just had such a great experience with some LED lamps I got for my SUV. I have difficulty seeing at night in the dark and it was suggested that I get the LED's. Very polite staff very informative and happy to help. A special thank you to Anthony (I believe that was his name)who was kind enough to change the lights for me as I do not have the technical savvy to do such. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to give me some information about my particular engine . I think he should have his own YouTube channel with his wealth of knowledge! Great place to stop for all your automotive needs.”
