TLDR: I’m giving two stars because we felt like they omitted information we needed in order to make the sale quicker. Only experienced DIYers and professionals should consider shopping here. If you aren’t, consider a real cabinet store or contractor.This place was recommended by a friend and our experience was great on our first and second visit, but quickly turned when we got all the cabinets home.We were specifically told that “these aren’t IKEA cabinets,” and I inferred that this meant they’re easier to put together and sturdier. The locking mechanisms frequently don’t seem to engage and I needed a finish nailer and screws to get things held together.We were offered the cabinets fully built for an additional fee, though I don’t know how practical or realistic it is for anybody to be moving fully-built cabinets back and forth and into their home so we elected to take them home and build them there (given how easy it was supposed to be).The cabinets don’t come with any tools and although we had the capacity to build them, it felt like we were misled during this very important purchase.As we’ve been finishing up, we’ve noticed many gaps in the cabinets as things haven’t held together well. The lazy susan pieces were held up with finish nails (which we didn’t know) and eventually the entire top turntable collapsed.The back of the corner wall cabinet disconnected as I mounted it to the wall and eventually slid out and fell behind the lazy susan before we got the countertops in.If we had foreseen all of this, we would have shopped somewhere else to avoid the headache.

This shop has everything for remodeling kitchens, bathrooms and floors. They have very nice showroom setups for kitchen cabinets with matching back splashes. The tiles are quality and trendy. Their prices are however slightly above moderate but there's ample parking available.

I am extremely happy with the service that I received from Ziad at home outlet. He and his team assisted me with the purchase of hardwood flooring and kitchen cabinets. I purchased wonderful products at a very affordable price. The customer service was second to none. You don’t have to chase the store employees for help as they are always available to assist you. Ziad was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my home improvement questions. I highly recommend them for most if not all of your home improvement needs.

If you want great quality at affordable prices. You can rehab your bathroom, kitchen for fraction of the price of any big names. You need window, tile, screw, tools (not all) - they have you covered. The staff is great and willing to give you any damage products instore discounted (that’s if you find any). You can even design your dream bath and kitchen for free with them ! Went to the store and met Ziad. Told him of my horrible online experience with online planner Marcell. He began designing my kitchen. He told me to email him appliance specs. I emailed several times as to wich he has never once responded. Each time I call and ask where my plans are there are multiple excuses and promises to send them latter that day. It has been over one month since I first went to the store to design my kitchen and I have not received anything, no return emails, no phone calls, and no plans. I've only received excuses like "The program broke, I didn't work yesterday, I'm working on it right now." Big disappointment. I previously used this same service and had 7 previous kitchens designed in a timely manner by Sean Henault. This is ridiculous.
