I had to go to autozone to get some parts. Seemed like no one there could help me. They were either sitting on stools or counters deep within their cellphones. Non of them looked up to greet me. Other customers we're walking aimlessly through the store. They probably felt like I did,like we were on our own....
Couldn't find what I was looking for. Some old guy was running the registers. I was about to leave when this female employee saw my predicament and rushed over to see if I needed help. Within minutes I had what I came in for almost 30 minutes earlier. Her name was Stephanie. Made what was starting to be an annoyance to me to come here a pleasant experience. Seemed to me she was the only person that cared.If I wasn't retired and still had my company business,I would hire her away from this company. They don't deserve a good employee like her.This was at the Brockton store on Main St. She's definitely the smartest person there!!!

I went to AutoZone on 1/20/24 around 1pm because my battery was completely dead. Had to get a jump to get there. I walk in asked for the battery and the salesman said that he would love to sell me the battery but I would need to take it someplace else to get it installed because it was too cold outside to install. I left had to come back in to ask for a jump. He looked bothered to even do that while he had his earbud in talking on the phone. Came to advanced Auto parts and they had no problem installing the battery in the cold.

Manager was great and helpful to get my situation resolved but there was also a punk employee with a horrible attitude who almost got himself punched in the face for getting loud and disrespectful with me!

It’s Christmas Eve and after John the manager told me my battery was fine it dies on me again.Then he refused to refund my money I’m covered under warranty tried talking me in to buying another battery instead this guy is a real winner boy! After I insisted did a employee help me and installed the new battery that John the manager gave me my refund only after I told him he will see me here every day until you install my battery that I am covered for under warranty. Bait and switch this is called. Trying to trick a customer into buying a new battery even though there covered under warranty. Shame on you and Xmas eve too.
