The kid Joel lied to me about what my bill would be signed me up for things I didn't ever say I wanted he guaranteed me my bill would be 280 a month it was over 400.then when I called to talk about it he hung up on me.then when I came to the store he acted like he didn't know who I was.ive called corporate and complained nothing has happened I work in sales if I did what he did I would be out of a job

My husband and I came to this store to get an upgrade for my phone and he was asking about a deal he saw online that was $5.99 a month and one of the 2 staffers there said it is only with a trade. He took one look at my phone and basically said it dosen't qualify for that deal and did not bother to give any explanation. He said that we would have to pay the full value for the S23 ultra phone. My husband asked if there were any other deals that might be available and he said no. The other staffer actually said to him are you sure and he said that I had a S8, which I guess that means it wasn't worth anything not even a little but staffer No. 1 never said that and without any other explanation so I just assumed my phone nor me was worth it. So my husband said that he saw something that mentioned a watch was available to purchase and staffer No. 1 said no that wasn't available to us again with no explanation this time either so my husband said we are leaving and maybe go somewhere else and No. 2 asked if we were sure because we were actually going to get the phone along with other supplies but the disregard No.1 was showing us upset my husband so we left and about 5 minutes later I noticed that I could not make calls and thought I would check it out once I get to where I was going because I was driving and didn't want to get distracted. Come to find out, No.1 had switched my phone to the s23 ultra that we were looking at but left and he didn't switch it back. We found this out by calling a service tech thru ATT who said that we will have to go back to the store but the as we were parking I noticed No.1 went in the back and there a sign on the door that said their system was down and they will not be taking any more customers for the night. So we left and called the service line back and after 2 hours and 45 minutes they were able to reset the sim card so i could start receiving and making calls again. They were surprised that the store closed 2 hours before they were scheduled to close and he said they could have fixed this because they made the error in the first place even though their systems were down. They put in a complaint for this store also.Staffer No. 1 should have known that he ALREADY SWITCHED my phone to the upgrade and he knew that I would not be able to use my phone without the phone he switched me too. We did not leave with the ultra so he knew i didn't have the phone he switched me to. My family was worried when they couldn't reach me so they called my husband's phone. I am glad that there were no emergencies that came up during this time all because staffer No. 1 didn't want to take the time to explain things to us and to tell the truth I still don't know why we didn't qualify for the deal because other than him saying to his coworker that I had a s8, he didn't say anything to us so I assumed my phone nor me were worth his time.We left the parking lot of this store but went across the street and sure enough he came out from the back to the store area when we left.

Went to purchase a phone, the rep refused to help me set up the phone after I purchased it. Even though he told me he would assist me get the phone activated once I purchased it. Then he added a home protection to the phone line which I was told by At&t Customer Service that this has nothing to do with phones that its protection for other devices. At&t Customer Service continued to advise that what this representative did was fraudulent by adding this plan without advising me he was doing so. I have had At&t for over 10+ years and have never experienced such horrible customer service from a store! Not a store I would recommend to anyone!

The store has a very attentive staff working for a huge mis-managed corporation. The warranty process sucks if your phone breaks.

I had the pleasure of visiting the AT&T store recently, and I must say that the customer service provided by one of their exceptional employees, Joel, was truly outstanding. The AT&T associate was very helpful with the knowledge of the products but unfortunately we were not able to be accommodated due to the problem being escalated to AT&T corporate. I still highly recommend this

Not happy with the service at all. You need an ID to access your account in store but on the phone all you need is a four digit pin and that doesn’t make sense. Furthermore, they try to lock you into a deal that’s not a deal at all.They try to get you with a new phone in the build it’s absolutely unmanageable, they’re not very forthcoming with him which is going to cost in the long run and we’re still waiting for the box to send in the trade-in to make her bill significantly cheaper. Our bill for one phone is equivalent to four phones with any prepaid service and that’s including four brand new phones, it’s absolutely outrageous and not worth the money considering you’re lied to by just about every employee you speak to.

Was at the AT&T office in Brockton to upgrade my phone. Man, the sales rep (Charles) was unbelievable. Very polite and knowledgeable about all their offers & products. He was so good he almost made myself and my friend buy the whole store. Really appreciate Charles. Thank you.And.. don’t worry my wife is coming for her own phone.
